I bought a Midea compact dishwasher from Carrefour and it was installed on the 4th of Feb 2022.
I bought it with extended warranty for 1 year extra.
on the 14th of Feb 2023 (10 days after the expiration year warranty I realized that there is rust on the top and bottom shelves of the dishwasher )
I called Eros they said the cost is 290 dirhams for 2 new shelves.
And I called Carrefour they said even if u have purchased the extra warranty- ur problem is not covered.
HOW can the shelf of a dishwasher rust after 1 year ????
Why should i pay for 290 dirhams every year to buy new shelves ??
I called customer service one technician came he charged me 215dh and said that till 3 months warranty is there,my problem did nit resolve .Since then several timesi called customer care she generates referal ticket but no technician turns up.Never buy eros products.
I’m having the worst experience ever. I bought I washing machine the washing machine is broken I’ve been asking for a refund for 10 days now. Calling them everyday and telling me tmr they will come take the machine. But nothing, their technician was rude and he promised me twice he was gonna come the next day. Then he blocked me. I got an Ariston machine and it’s the worst. I’m now talking to Dubai costumer protection to solve this problem.
Khatri was great! Smooth communication, arrived on time and was very helpful. Overall a great experience with Eros thanks to their team.
My water dispenser started leaking, and Eros customer support is refusing to arrange a pickup, insisting that I bring it to them instead. I live in Sharjah, and they expect me to take a taxi all the way to Al Quoz and pick it, which would cost nearly as much as the water dispenser itself. They keep saying it's against their policy to pick up small home appliances. There was no notice about this policy when purchasing. Be careful when buying. No option to give 0 start!
Sajith was prompt and polite. Got the job done without fuss. We need more smart techs like him. Kudos to eros as well to have such good guys working for them.

The worst service ever
After 2 weeks of keeping following up for my issue
They told me you have to wait 2 to 3 months to bring your broken parts.
Today we had visit from EROS Service Center to fix the issue with door sealant on Hitachi fridge. Kamlendra is very polite and punctual, came on time and sorted the issue immediately. My five stars to Kamlendra
Two men came one of them his name anil he is so nice so helpful finish the work fast even he solve one problem which was not his mistake or not his problem really amazing
