Amazing service! I never had my car fixed in just 1 day😳 Shailesh Govind made experience super smooth and prepared everything well in advance, so that when I brought car early morning by late evening it was already fixed. This is something unique in Dubai and very few people take their job so seriously and professionally. Thx a lot to Mercedes Team and Shailesh🌟

Very disappointed lately with the service. Each time we drop the car for service, it takes couple of days to complete and even worse is that we have to make multiple calls to get the update. After keeping the car for several days, still the issue is not resolved. This is my 3rd time sending the car with the same complaint and also for service. It is day-15 today and I still don’t have an update on when the car will be ready. I have been spending so much on taxis for my daily commute. Absolutely disappointed with the customer service. I have already made complaints to the customer service but there’s no improvement.
I must say I have been impressed by the professionalism and the friendliness of the team at Gargash-Mercedes. Their advice and guidance do always factor their customer interest. And the service is top notch. Yes it has a cost but across my interactions and the matters dealt with I found it’s good value for your money.

They called me to come to collect my ashtray which i ordered through them , More than 1 hour of waiting just to collect ashtray , imagine the service , super lazy branch
This is my third time i visited this service center for my car issue and there is one person his name is Mirza Shahid he don’t know how to talk with the customer his behavior is very bad and the way he is talking to me i feel insulted and they didn’t fix my car issue and i paid them for twice for same issue but they couldn’t find out they told me we found an other noise from rare bumper and fixed it you have to pay for it and when i saw my car they just put the paper and telling me we fixed it properly I attached the picture so you can see it how they are working and insulting the customers.
If you are working like this with the customer cars then shame on you.

Unbelievable
I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Gargash Mercedes-Benz dealership in Dubai. Two weeks ago, I entrusted my vehicle for repairs, and the experience has been nothing short of a disappointment.
First and foremost, when I submitted my car for servicing, it was in pristine condition. However, upon receiving my car back, I was shocked to find several issues. The car seat was damaged, the wheel alignment was clearly compromised, and the engine was inexplicably dirty. This raised immediate concerns, as I had not expected my vehicle to return in a worse condition than when I brought it in.
The state of the engine was particularly perplexing, as it was not cleaned during the service, contrary to what I have experienced at other service centers. The unexplained dirtiness left me wondering about the quality of work performed on my vehicle. When I inquired about this, I was met with unsatisfactory explanations that only added to my confusion.
Furthermore, I have noticed damage to the paint on my car, and it appears that the staff handling my vehicle did so without due care. The lack of responsibility taken for these issues and the overall negligence in the treatment of my car have left me deeply disappointed.
It is disheartening that a renowned brand like Mercedes-Benz, represented by Gargash in Dubai, can deliver such subpar service. Not only did I incur a significantly higher cost compared to what I would have paid at a reputable garage, but I also had to deal with damage and prolonged delays.
I entrusted my car to Gargash Mercedes-Benz with the expectation of superior service and a commitment to preserving the quality and integrity of the Mercedes-Benz name. Regrettably, my experience has been a stark contrast to these expectations.
I urge you to investigate these issues and rectify the damages caused to my car. Furthermore, I implore you to review your quality assurance and customer service standards to ensure that no other Mercedes-Benz owner has to endure such a disappointing experience.
I believe that taking swift and corrective action in response to this complaint is crucial to safeguarding the reputation of your dealership and the Mercedes-Benz brand.
Worst car service experience I've had in my life with 6 different brands and 4 diff dealers.
Car took 4 days for minor service with no updates...if I haven't followed up so aggressively they wouldn't even have serviced tha car. They decided to start service it the 4th day and it was sent out with no cleaning whatsoever inside out, even dirtier than it was due to being left out there, though they mentioned its in QC and washing. Very disappointing, it's the lowest level for a service dealer.
