I have to say my experience with dial-a-battery was the worst in terms of customer service and professionalism. I got my battery changed by one of their staff with a battery named SOLITE worth 350 dhs as per their recommendation. At the time of installation, all notification icon lights were on showing the connection was not done properly or there was some other issue. However, the staff reinstalled the battery and it was fine. The very next while i was out on the road the car went off and it was discovered that the car alternator and battery were burnt. I reported the same to dial a battery and after following up continuously for 3 days, finally someone called back and discussed the issue. As per the staff, it was neither staff fault or battery issue and he was sure that the alternator was faulty regardless of what the mechanic has diagnosed. However, after long discussion he agreed to refund the amount after deducting 105 dhs as call out charges. The same day they got the battery picked up from my place. However, it has been more than 5 working days and i have not received my refund back. I have been following up with them again and again. There is a huge lack of customer courtesy which is against the UAE customer service guidelines. There was no apology or sympathy for the difficulty and trouble the customer had to go through instead they still make you suffer more by following up and begging them for your own money.

I recently had my Nissan Sunny car battery replaced by Mr. Ferdinand, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. The replacement was quick and hassle-free, and he took the time to explain everything to me in simple terms. It's great to see someone so dedicated to customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!

If I could give them less than one star, i will do it.
I would say. they aren’t honest in their information. I give them the battery size that i need it, but they are trying to offer me a bigger battery and i refused.
I told them i want this size that is currently on my car then we decided with that.

After placing the order and waiting for 30 minutes as they said, no one came. They reached my home after 2 hrs.

When the technician open the cover he said sorry sir we don’t have this one we have only the bigger which we offered you!

Sorry! But i shared the picture with you my current battery! Why you didn’t tell me before that you don’t have it!

What kind of service is this! do i have to purchase a higher price! if you said in phone that this battery not longer there only this size, mybe we can understant. This is a lesson to know which company we deal with.

Im really lucky contacting this company at difficult situation and the response was immediately, give very good price compare with the market, and they are very helpful. Special thanks for their technician Mr.Muhammad Rehan which came fast and give 5 star services. I completely recommend this company and wish more success for them.

It was once again horrific. Last year I had called them and I waited almost over an hour and they could not coordinate within themselves. Today again I waited alone at night on the road for over half hour after agreeing to the time they had given and still did not show up. I had to leave my car there and Uber back home. Please don’t trust these guys.

Unprofessional, the technician was rude and the phone assistant didn’t let me speak and just made a lot of excuses. Insisted on selling me a battery that wasn’t recommended by the agency. Hid information and did not inform me about T&C. I’m convinced the technician did a mistake installing the battery on purpose for me having to get a new battery in less than 2 months.

DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Where are you...I changed battery for my car...& with in 3 Months its not working...I am trying your number...but it's switched off...
