After four years of loyalty to Royal Swiss Auto Services and even recommending their warranty program early on, my recent experience has been nothing short of appalling. Following a costly engine overhaul, the original issue (white smoke, engine stutter) persisted-along with new faults-and despite promptly reporting this and returning the car for rework as advised, I've now waited over three months with zero action, while being told I must pay again. My overpayment of AED 4,247.84 was only acknowledged after I raised it, and all escalation efforts - including formal complaints and a legal notice - have been ignored. Judging by recent one-star reviews. I am not alone. This is no longer a premium service provider - it's a cautionary tale.
I wish I could give a minus rating! I have a Range Rover Evoque and it is a Diesel. Hence, every 10k to 15k kms it needs AD BLUE DEF (Diesel exhaust fluid) top-up. However, this review sprouts from me delivering them my car and its very poor handling (pics attached). The service advisor, Mr. Mohamed Abdeen with whom I interacted was indeed helpful and kind. He even provided 20% discount to me on labour at the time of my car drop-off. Can't say the same for Mr. Eugene Urbano since he was the team leader and all this mess has happened under his supervision. I complained after I found out about the spillage on the engine and inside my car. I got a call from their call center immediately but was given a simple telephonic apology. In Dubai we take care of our cars very diligently and it is very disheartening and unfortunate to find out that the company pretending to be the best in the market is cutting corners. Worse even, this car's warranty and service contract is under their company. However I will make sure I do not recommend them ever. They have become a big name but their service and miss handling is very real. One word to sum them up - Pathetic!!!
they lied about when I could pick up the car.. took them days later. Now im sitting in the waiting room waiting to get my car nothing better to do then write them a bad review. woman at the front said they are "getting my car now" 30 minutes ago. how hard is it to literally drive a car from 5 mins away or even less over here? Incompetant workers...managed improperly... think of that if they can't even drive a car over five minutes what will they do to your car? by the way the third time i brought the car in for them to find the issue.
Upon my arrival, I encountered some communication issues with the staff, but Aravind quickly took charge. He was efficient in his work, and I was able to get my car back on time with the issue resolved.
Very poor service and terrible customer service from majority of the staff and management. They scammed me into a warranty and not respecting contract, their agents don’t answer and give feedback when needed, the agent once told me I’m hungry and I have 30 cars ahead of you and his colleauge did the same, their driver left my car on drive instead of park when giving it to me and led to car running forward alone and him ruining my chair. Management didn’t take this seriously, obviously it’s the company pattern, don’t sign with them or take your car there, you will lose money, time , and deal with a non experienced customer service staff with no results.
