Great service! The lady that helped us to choose my daughter’s bicycle is very kind. They delivered the bicycle at our doorstep within 24 hours. Highly recommended.

I would give them 0 or negative stars if there is. They are selling Afforable but LOW QUALITY Electric Scooter. We bought our 8 year old son an electric scooter of his own last February 11, 2023. It was only use in the playground, not in roads. By March 14, it suddenly turns off while our son is using it, and its not charging. We went to the shop yesterday March 20 and have the scooter check. They said that the battery is not part of a 12mos warranty.

It is understandable that battery is not part of the warranty, but WHO IN THE RIGHT MIND WOULD PAY 750DHS AND AFTER A MONTH OF USING IT, THERE IS A PROBLEM IN BATTERY???? Its like you rented a scooter for a month and paid 750dhs.

So better to buy in malls, a little bit expensive but you can be assured of the quality and warranty.

Scammers, i bought them a Winner Sky M365 and after 6months the battery stopped working. They made me pay for changing the battery and even after the battery is not fixed. They told me they would fix it but haven't done anything. Stongly do not buy from them!

Very Good service.. Quick response. They picked up the bicycle and dropped at Door step with in few hours. Very reasonable price too.

Very poor service for full wash cleaning service. They just use oil brush they do that for 1 day before they return the bike ,don't recommend this shop you will waste you time and money

Visited this shop amd bought ebike , team is very cooperative, especially Mr. Salman , the difference between this shop and others is that the team is very skilled , they are specialist in Electrical cycles and regular bikes, they have wide variety of choices , they also stock spare parts and safty gear , they have tabby & Tamara too :-)

Worst service ever! I had to chase them to pick my bikes for a few days. It was not possible to agreed on the times as they were saying that there was heavy traffic so I had to wait till 9/10 pm to get them picked up/delivered.
The price on the website doesn't match with the one they give you.
If you pay with card, expect the vat to be added afterwards.
When they got the bikes, they wrote me to say that the 4 tubes had to be changed. One of the bikes was in good condition as I regularly use it. They told me that they were in bad conditions so I trusted them to change it but I wonder if they just wanted to charge me more money.
I will never use their service again, they are so unprofessional.

Worst service ever! We bought our scooter less that a month and we notice something is off. We went there today for check up service and this 3 guys were no that accommodating at all. One guy make a step to check it as we found out that there were a lot of metal stain inside the engine, he then informed me that there is no warranty if the scooter was being wash out. I mean, its not a car to wash out, and I only used the scooter only for work which is 1 minute away from my house. One more thing, as the guy opened the engine. I have noticed that the parts were already used. After checking the engine this 3 guys started smirking at me as if they wait for me to them what to. They are the mechanic not me! They dont even advice me or explain to me how to fix it or if they have to fix it. Nothing at all! Im so disappointed of how they treat me and again the brand new scooter they’re selling but its used one!
