Aby, the Service Advisor did great in coordination, insurance approval and until completion of car repair. The result was impressive and truly satisfying. Our car was restored at its original state and thanks to the entire Team for the workmanship and Aby’s commitment to deliver our car on time.
Brought my Porsche here for insurance repairs. Mr Aby Mathew did a great job fixing and upgrading at the same time. Car was delivered back with detailing back to showroom conditions. Mr Aby was very helpful and professional with prompt communications. Highly recommended.
Did the job well enough (front grill replacement and bumper respray) but didn't fix other jobs that were quoted for. I only discovered the job wasn't done when I went to collect the car (10 days later than originally promised) and Mohammed then told me the part wasn't available in the UAE. Asked why he didn't tell me at the time the other parts were being ordered from Germany (which took 3 weeks to arrive), he had no answer. Truly shocking communication from Mohammed as I always had to chase him up on the status of the repairs - never once did he call me - and I take delivery of a car that isn't fully repaired despite being quoted for extra work to be done. If you deal with this garage, don't deal with Mohammed, you'll regret it.
Had the worst experience when taking my car for servicing… After servicing was done, I have simply asked for the servicing report and an invoice but nothing was provided. They said it will be sent by email the next day, didn’t receive anything after more than a week of calling them daily, and their excuse was that it had to be approved by the manager ??!! I had to go through DED’s consumer rights who also struggled with them and finished by issuing an official warning to the business.
On a side note, please be careful when giving your car to these guys: the person who took my car forgot to pull the hand brake TWICE with the car almost going downhill on both occasions.
Hands down, I have never been treated as badly as what I’ve experienced here. It took them 3 months - that’s a quarter of a year!! - to get a body repair done, and within that time I have been continuously lied to.
My only point of contact and advisor Mohammed Mouzam never bothered calling and updating me, probably because they didn’t work on the car for weeks at a time anyway. So it was me calling him constantly and asking for updates. All I got was him mumbling words to me hoping I would not understand and give up asking. I insisted many times to be bluntly honest with me and give me a realistic time frame for which I could rent a car in the meantime. He never stopped deceiving me, assuring my car to be ready in 10 working days and then another 10 and another 10. As a result, I wasted thousands of dirhams by renting a car on a weekly basis instead of monthly. Mohammed would never call me back when missing my calls and never give me true information. I sent him several emails and a WhatsApp to which I never received a reply either. Only when I involved my husband he was suddenly giving immediate replies and even sending SMS notifying us that he would call back right away, yet, no true info about the state of the car was given.
Lastly, when I called for a final update close to 3 months later, he pretended that my car wasn’t ready because “it’s complicated and not safe.” I was shocked and frustrated. In response, I called the reception of the place and was told that the car repair was, in fact, done and the car in line for polishing. Incredible deception. After raising a complaint about Mohammed to management, I’ve gone to pick up my car. They had assigned another advisor to me due to the way I was treated, but Mohammed was there and, of course, did not think of apologizing or explaining himself.
I have reviewed the previous comments about this garage and had the worst experience with Mohammed Mouzam. He caused unnecessary delays and constantly blamed the insurance provider for late approvals. Truly the worst service ever.
I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent service and warranty repair. My Porsche is in great condition after all the work was done. I would especially like to highlight the professionalism of Mohammad Mouzam, who did an excellent job, paying attention to every detail and providing a high level of service. Since more than a week they promised a call back, after an accident the insurance company sent us to them. We will tomorrow speak with a lawyer and the insurance, cant believe those people can fix a car, they even dont call whenever they promise!
