Don’t even think of going to this garage. I left their garage feeling disgusted…it was like an EWWWWW experience.
They damaged something in my car leaving it jumping while driving. I told the Manager about what they have done, and he showed me his other face!
Not only he had zero interest in listening, understanding, fixing the issue, but also, he was RUDE!
I told him if he didn’t fix the issue, I will call the police. His reply was ‘’ Go ahead call them. You have the receipt’’.
I am not someone who would step down to such low level, instead, I have escalated it to ‘’Consumer Rights’’.
Bottom Line: They damage while fixing, they don’t know how to handle customer complaints, they are rude to the customer. The garage is run by unprofessional employees and so-called Manager.

As an update: From your reply i can see that you are claiming i was never your customer........I’ll refresh your memory……..I’ve called 3 police men to your garage on 21st April and on the next day you received a call from Bur Dubai Police Station to report there. They kept you in the detention and made you sign a pledge not to damage people’s car again. Then they referred the case to the Civil Court.
Feel free to report my review to the Cyber-Crime as you were threatening me. I have proof for the facts mentioned above.

Excellent service. I felt welcome as a new resident to Dubai. I had peace of mind for the work done on my vehicle. Prices are very reasonable and quality service.

Have to let you all know i was in conversation with them the Owner was not in town , he not only dealt professionally but also connected me to the local team and i had the Air suspension on my BMW 750Li replaced , n tester in same day . Easy convenient location . Value for money when it is done with professional al who can speak and guide others Honesty , Al hamdu Allah

I got terrible experience with this garage. Seems they cheat me, as they could. They ask to replace costly spare parts which were not required at all, I spent over 10,000 AED and the problem was still there. Can you imagine, they installed new axels and forgot to put lubricant inside, so now I have to pay extra money to make again the same job with axels for to place lubricant there. So I’ll never suggest to visit this place, they don’t care about to fix your car, they care about to get all your money only.

I messaged them asking if they could do a service on my Audi the same morning and if they could do it within a few hours. They said yes, so I dropped my car off. They protected the interior, sent me pictures of the genuine products, used the best oil for German performance cars, and sent me videos of them doing the work. I collected my car and was very pleased with their customer service and the quality of their work. They are very straight to the point and honest, which is appreciated.

JUST DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I can write a long story here to explain you why you should not go to this place. Instead, photos talks for the story. Photos below will give you the indication of what kind of quality work you will get in this place . Photos below were taken after I was told the car is ready for me to pick up. Despite this poor quality, the guy who is dealing with customers in this place is extremely arrogant and treats you as if you are a stupid person. Among many many other bad experiences, they take a ride with your car. The mileage was 200km higher vs the milage the day I left my car with these guys for some small dent fixing job. I asked many times for reason of 200km milage they took during 2 days my car was under these guy's possession, they refused to answer. All in all STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.

My car coolant suddenly broke down, luckily this garage was 5 minutes away from me. The owners are very honest and provide great service with a very very very reasonable prices. Highly recommended. I told them i drive every day from abu dhabi to dubai and if there is a possibility to finish my issue asap. 20 minutes later the car was diagnosed and issue resolved.

Not honest, I brought them a car to inspect (Fisker Karma) as they are saying they are specialist in this category of cars , they told me its perfect and clean car and there is no issues, after I bought the car I decided to sell it after like one week , and when the customer brought the car for them they told him like it needs 70k AED to fix everything and its not clean car at all !!!!!! And yes the car was not good when I checked it in somewhere else they said it has engine and electrical problems , so i got stuck with this car because of them , not recommended at all there are many places in Dubai who knows how to fix these cars (Karma) better and cheaper

This is one of the best garages I have worked with for car repair, in terms of speed and service in car maintenance, and they have many other services for all types of cars. I had VW Tourage and I had issues with my transmission and I was getting several quotes for the repair and RCCR Motors they give me the best affordable quote with videos while they were removing and replacing my transmission and they kept me with every single step they’re doing, it’s very good in transparent of work and super speed. And the location in alqouz -3 very nearby , 5 minutes from mall of emirates. Thank you so much guys and keep up the good work. Much appreciated

When I first started, I had a five star impression of the place and left a corresponding review.

However, after spending more than AED 40,000 with RCCR over a period of 9 months and going back again and again for the same issues to be redone, it became apparent that they neither poses the technical expertise nor the professional integrity to be trusted with BMW’s, Porsche’s or Ranger Rovers

I caution you that you may think that you are saving some money by using this cheap outfit, but you will spend much more in the long run trying to fix what they mess up.
