Hardware shop u can buy all types of hardware easily but no parking lot poor service provided by the staff
Horrible quality products and even worse customer service. When I visited them to buy a garden hose, they sold me one claiming it to be very good quality. The hose burst at two spots within seven days. When I showed them the damage they blamed me that I cut the hose with a hot blade because they have never seen such a clean damaged pipe. Wow, I don't get their logic, why the hell will I do that?
After pushing them a lot for taking some ownership of products they sell, they said it's a low quality product and there is no assurance. I don't understand how a high quality product at the time of sale transforms into a low quality product when it fails? Highly disappointed by the way they handled the issue. They did me a 'favor' by checking with the supplier but obviously that didn't lead to anything.
I have learnt my lesson to buy everything from Amazon, at least they treat their customer with respect.
