A2B was recommended to me and I've not been disappointed yet. They were able to fix the aging AC system in my 2007 Liberty and I was that impressed I got them to give my LR4 a service when it was due last month. Can't fault them. From the first time I contacted them they've been nothing but fair, open and reasonable. Best of all they don't lie to you. Having used a few garages in Dubai over my 12 years here, I'm happy I've found A2B.

I Have been going to A2B for a number of years and have slowly watched as the place has gone from good to horrific. To begin with the service was good, on time and good value but over the past few years this has greatly changed. I have repeatedly had to return my car to them after work has been done due to poor workmanship and new and mysterious issues appearing. At no point do they ever take ownership or responsibility for this, yet pull out the mechanics excuse book. As a rule, when you get your car serviced it should not be returned to you with more issues than it when to the mechanics with, yet if you go to A2B this is what you will get. On one of my last visits they even managed to damage the front of my car but on about the only plus I can think of did at least own up to it and fix it. None the less, the quality of mechanics is poor, the work is slow and sloppy and magical new issues will be found after the work is done. The owners themselves are nice but it is clear they have lost control of the work leaving the shop. They have admitted in writing that they have had staffing issues and this clearly shown in the work. At the end of the day, if you want a trouble free experiance go anywhere else but here.
I have been taking my car here for the past 2 services. On the first time I liked the transparency and quality of work even though it was on the high price side since they charge service and oil separately, also they do not let you choose the oil brand that you want on your car, but ok. Next service I was overcharged for a simple brake pad change and regular schedule service I was charged over 3000aed for the job and noticed afterward a poor workmanship; they have not secured the brake pad sensor cable correctly and the tire started damaging it. By luck I noticed it days after the service, but someone else would easily miss it. I give them credit for owing up the mistake and ordering a new sensor and installing it for free which you’d expect it. But for the price they charge I will be taking my Land Rover somewhere else for next services.
Jason and the team did a great job on my 2004 Jaguar XJR. They fixed a major leak in my air suspension and they serviced the engine and coolant parts and the car drives like brand new. I highly recommend them
