“I had a very disappointing experience with Technical Resources Services. They asked me to come for an inspection, but when I arrived, they were closing and couldn’t help me. On my second visit, they did the inspection but promised to contact me after receiving the spare parts. It’s been two months, and I’ve heard nothing. When I followed up, they claimed to have no record of my vehicle. I now have two unresolved accidents over the past few months and no repairs. I hope someone contacts me soon. Very poor service.”
Didn't explain the needed job well before confirmation of service. Took 20 days to get tesla wheel ring front Netherland! Then another 15 days to assemble it and paint the scratch on the car. Over verpriced painting . Too much time to replace Wheels Rim. Did not do touch-up as promised, did not clean the car before delivery. Wanted me to sign empty claim forms without my name without car detalies without the price of the job !
I bought the new model 3 2024 and had an accident after 3000 km. When I spoke to Technical resources they informed me that there would be a long wait time for the parts to be delivered and they wouldn’t all reach at the same time. So after meeting with Mr. Amir, he directed me to the right channels to reach out regarding my car if I need to push for a faster date. He was very kind in explaining that he will do everything he can to deliver my car as fast as possible and he did keep his promise. He made sure the work on the car started a few days before the parts reached. And when some did, they were installed on the car. So I didn’t have to wait a lot after the final parts are delivered. As soon as the final parts were delivered I waited one day for everything to be installed, my car to be tested, and for it to be retuned to its mint condition! Truly and exceptional team. Specially when there was a huge influx of cars due to the rain and floods. I highly recommend you have some pertinence when your car is there, because rest assured, it is in the safest hands. Thank you so much for the team and Mr. Amir for keeping up with me and delivering such an exceptional service.

I scratched/dented my car while parking and brought my model 3 here for repair. The entire team from my initial phone call to my physical appointment staff was attentive and helpful. I was primarily assisted by Syed Sabir and he walked me through the repair process. He treated me with the utmost professionalism and kept me updated along the way. It took one or two days longer than the initial estimate to complete but they did an absolute fabulous job! I am very satisfied. My car is as good as new! Of course they even washed and shined the inside and out of my vehicle before handing it over to me- much appreciated. Thank you Sabir and the technical team for a great job!!
I’m deeply disappointed with Tesla’s service regarding my car. It has been with them for an extended period, and the communication has been nothing short of terrible. I’ve received little to no updates, and when I try to reach out, the responses are vague and unhelpful. This lack of professionalism and efficiency is unacceptable, especially for a company of Tesla’s reputation. I expected better from their customer service team. Everything about this experience has been frustrating, and my car is still with them, unresolved.
Terrible experience. I have been calling every day to know the status of my car given for repairs. Person attending the call doesn't know the details and person in charge of the car is not available. I am told on the call multiple times that I will be called back with details but no response. Worst ever experience which I have never faced for any of my earlier car repairs. They need to know professionalism and importance of keeping the customer informed.
Tesla body shop service is frustratingly slow. They informed me that my car was ready for pickup but when I arrived at the workshop, I had to wait an hour and a half, only to find out that the work was still not finished. Even after all that waiting, they did not complete the required repairs, and I received my car with unfinished work. Their lack of accuracy and efficiency makes the experience extremely disappointing.
