I've taken my newly purchased cars to Levant since around the time I moved to Dubai for installation of paint protection film and each time I did so in reliance on the purported 10 year warranty for their work. Recently, however, when my Audi R8's PPF started peeling up from the bottom of both doors, the representatives at Levant simply cut a strip off the peeling PPF (without my knowledge or consent) leaving portions of the paint exposed and they maintain that's all they're willing to do and won't replace the PPF on the doors which is not what I think any reasonable person would expect under a warranty. I will never take another vehicle to Levant Auto Care for anything. Things seems to have changed and not in a positive way at all since the previous manager, Tarek, left the organization. I gave Levant a lot of business but never again. I intend to file a complaint with Government of Dubai's consumer complaints department about this shortly as well. I'm also going to write a letter about my experience to 3M to understand whether Levant is an authorized dealer, if so, why am I getting treated in this fashion for warranty work by their dealer.
