MV Agusta UAE, operating under the business name MV Agusta UAE, is a motorcycle dealer. The company offers a range of services related to the sale and maintenance of MV Agusta motorcycles. This includes the sale of new and used motorcycles, as well as providing servicing, repairs, and genuine parts for these high-performance bikes. They cater to enthusiasts and owners of MV Agusta motorcycles, ensuring their bikes are kept in optimal condition.
Customer Sentiment:
Overall customer sentiment is largely positive, as reflected in the high average rating of 4.6 out of 5 across 168 reviews. Many customers express satisfaction with the staff's knowledge, helpfulness, and passion for motorcycles. The dealership is frequently praised for its welcoming atmosphere, extensive product range (including bikes, accessories, and gear), and fair pricing. Several reviews highlight positive interactions with specific staff members, emphasizing their willingness to provide detailed information and guidance.
Service Quality:
While the majority of reviews indicate a positive experience, a significant area of concern lies within the service and maintenance department. Several negative reviews detail issues with diagnosing and resolving mechanical problems, particularly with MV Agusta motorcycles. Customers report prolonged service times, unresolved issues after multiple visits, and perceived lack of technical expertise. Communication and customer care within the service department are also cited as areas needing improvement, with some customers expressing frustration with the responsiveness and attitude of staff when problems arise.
Common Themes:
Recurring positive themes include the staff's product knowledge, friendly and passionate demeanor, and the wide selection of motorcycles and gear. The dealership's showroom environment is also frequently mentioned positively. Conversely, the most prominent negative theme revolves around the service department's ability to effectively diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues, leading to customer dissatisfaction and a perceived lack of professionalism in handling service-related complaints.
Final Assessment:
Based on the provided reviews and overall rating, the business appears to excel in sales, customer interaction, and product offerings, contributing to a generally positive customer experience. However, the recurring issues highlighted in the negative reviews regarding the service department's technical proficiency and customer care warrant attention. While the dealership is a strong contender for motorcycle purchases and gear, potential customers seeking reliable and efficient maintenance services, particularly for specific brands like MV Agusta, should consider the feedback regarding the service department's performance. Addressing the reported shortcomings in service quality is crucial for the business to consistently deliver high-quality and reliable service across all aspects of its operations.
An amazing place for riders and sport racer. The sale know what he is talking about and will always drive you in the right direction for your purchase. The showroom is manage and own by passionate people who do not hesitate to share their passion around a nice cappuccino. Best in town, they have a fare and honest price on merchandise and bike, no hiding cost or double language straight forward and friendly. really a place to visit and do some shopping or just chill out.
Awesome Motorcycles.. Amazing staff.. Very helpful... Lots of accessories...
Bad service 👎🏻 zero customer care !!!! really disappointed 👎🏻
Hi ,
My review is based on my experience which wasn’t pleasant at all . I believe it is my right to share my opinion about my experience without the need for you to get defensive and accuse me and my intentions. And start assuming that I’m attacking you, or trying to damage your company repetition.
You won’t find my details on the system because I’m using a nickname here.
If you care about customer service as you said , hopefully you will be more accepting to take customers opinion more easily and work in solving the issue. However, I tried your service once and I would never come back again.
Thank you.
Great time with Abdullah, Martin and Roland. Lots of information and I had a test ride too. True to his word, Roland told me he would not sell me something unsuitable for me, and he definitely took his time talking me through the models and their pros and, not pros. I am still weighing my options, but I can vouch for this place, and when I buy a Ducati, it will be from this dealership.
In addition to MV Agusta they have a great collection of used bikes available for sale. Most importantly they have an outstanding staff who went above and beyond to get me the motorcycle gear I was looking for. Great collection of Shoei, AGV and Dainese gear.
It caters for locals only and does not stock xxl motorcycle helmets 63-64cm
Service center looks pro,but it really doesn't,staff shows there cooperation in on hand and give you a headache in another, i had problem with my Brutale 800 oil lights keeps fluctuating which is not a big deal as services staff mentioned but i end up visiting the work shop 3 times after a major service every visit not less than couple off weeks and i think service staff enjoyed test driving my bike more than me 😅 , one of the visits which takes more than 2 weeks was only for oil top up so they add up around 300ml of oil !!! Takes two week 🤨
All visits was for the oil issues either oil indicator or oil level sensor or physical oil levels as i mentioned in the beginning they are kept tilling me it's not a big deal 😅, at the end i collect the bike with out solving the problem because they give up and they couldn't put a finger to know what exactly causes the oil lights to fluctuat ,, i still have a screen shot from showroom manager mr.martin contact the factory (MV agusta) and been advised by him that even the factory couldn't recognise what going on my bike and how to solve it , it does fluctuat again and i contact mr.martin mv agusta GM where kept shouting and show’s disrespect reflecting his attitude off giving up to solve the issue, I don't suggest to anybody to buy mv agusta at all (nice bike 👎with 0% maintenance and customer care )
Small shop with other brands of motorcycle protective clothes. Welcoming staff with a big smile. Knows their products well. Best motorcycle shop I have ever visited.
Thank you for understanding Is that the issue has been sorted by another workshop, to cut the long story short for the reader, no professional workshop ( the knowledgeable engineers) will ask the customer should we use 10w60 after informing him that it’s NOT the recommended oil according to the factory standard and then blames the customer for not allowing you (the MV Agusta official who should go only by the factory standard) to go against the factory recommendation 🤯.
You and your team do not have the knowledge, experience or the professionalism to figure out what was wrong with the motorcycle so you decided to trick me to accept 10W60 (against factory recommendation)
To mask the problem (not solving it), so if I would show up in the future with a bigger problem you would tell me that I did go against would recommend and it’s my fault (all this is documented in your e-mails).
PS: please don’t reply by, but this is exactly what the other workshop did, because they found the problem and it was that my motorcycle didn’t have coolant in the radiator after 3 months under your hand.
They are not ( MV AGUSTA OFFICIAL PROFESSIONAL INTERNATIONAL DEALER).
The worse maintenance you could possibly find. They show you that they knows but in reality they don’t have no idea of what is happening. Waste of time, money and words even to speak to this people.
