Amazing service by professional MySyara team. They were so quick and reached at my location in 15 minutes to do the Battery Replacement and did the work in next 5 minutes. Staff is so polite and kind and treat you with a smile. Top notch service from start to finish. Technician Alamzeb is excellent and guided me with multiple options with affordable prices. They are the best. Highly recommend. Finally found genuine company MySyara for my car battery replacement. Cheers !
Car washing was pathetic, even 10 dhms washing inside mall could do better work. Don't know maybe it's because of policy bazar customer.

I don't know what happened to this company... they use to be good but now they are extremely poor.
I gave them my car as usual. Unlike other companies, someone comes and drives your car to their shop. (No tow truck pick-up service).
Here are what they did that made me make up my mind not to use their service anymore:
1- I literally had a full tank, upon returning back the car 1/4 of the fuel tank was used! They said they would investigate but I don't believe they are doing anything.
2- When driving the car back, the cover from below the car fell off!!! Which means, the workers/technicians did not screw the cover back!! No compensation whatsoever was offered!
3- I was promised quotation for some problems I have in the car, but a few days later still nothing. And when calling the service advisor, he no longer picks up the call.
4- A week later, they take my car to change the discs of the front and back brakes. My car spends the whole day there and then in the end they didnt even have the discs to change it... Uttermost waste of time and effort with them.
Unfortunately, I no longer trust them and will opt to use other companies moving forward.
I’ve been using this company for car cleaning services since January 2025, specifically their home car cleaning service. So far, my experience has been very positive. The cleaners always arrive on time, which is good, and they are polite and professional. They take their time with the cleaning process, ensuring a thorough job rather than rushing through it. Two cleaners, Kashif and Jamal, have been particularly excellent, but the rest of the team has also done a good job. Their app is user-friendly, making booking quick and hassle-free. Overall, I’m happy with the service and would recommend it.
Mr.Mohamed (manager )has best costumer understanding, and lovely staff, car wash team are amazing , Please accept my feedback, car wash area no drainage system facilities ,slippery floor, please make a upgrade the place or stop the car wash service, staffs are lovely, but work place doesn’t have safety, please don’t consider staff as workers, Consider your staff as a champions, It makes work place even more better
My first booking was a nightmare. They cancelled it without my request. Then there was a person who reached out to me and I gave this company a second chance. They cleaned my car and it was good so I used their service again.
They left dirt under my car seats so they sent someone to wash it again and here is the result.
They blame the quality of camera on the stains but I think it’s quite obvious that they really did their best to keep my car as dirty as possible.
Don’t recommend their service you’ll waste much time trying to prove that it wasn’t you who stained your own car and make them do their job properly.
Moreover, the person of contact gaslit me saying “that it’s impossible to stain a car like this in such a short time”. Thanks, very nice to hear after seeing my car in this state
The service at this garage is disappointing. They overcharge significantly—sometimes five times more than the market rate. On top of that, they claim to fix issues, but the same problems reappear within just two weeks. For example, they said they fixed a leak in my car, but it came back shortly after. I would not recommend their services to anyone due to the lack of reliability and the excessive charges.
Very disappointing and I reported them to ded and they are under investigation
They did a commendable job. The process is refreshingly straightforward,no unnecessary frills, which genuinely saves time. However, there's room for improvement in managing appointment timings. Overall, I appreciate the service; they’re courteous and easy to deal with. Thank you.
Worst experience, No trust and not recommended at all !!!from alwarqa office They took my car 3 times within 2 weeks ,till this moment I'm not able to drive my car
As agreed from beginning fixing the necessary issues and safe to to drive and warranty given for 6 months , I surprise from. Next day less than 24 hrs cannot speed more and car not moving in the road and they put my life in risk.
Again they took the car they said fixed again they send back same day and again in same week vibration and car not working in the morning while going to work
I have paid fully for necessary repair that atleast I can drive for few months safety
3rd time they took the car and telling me this is different issue and they need more money and cost!!!! Ii took back car and I send it to different car Service
Now I come to know after inspection from. Other agency that they didn't adjust and fix properly ,that's why there's speed delay when I press speed car not moving fast and not working morning restarted many times
And I ihave report that current issue related to same area that they have opened, but thry didn't closed and fixed properly. Simply u ask for more money again . Simply asking money and after complaint they offer to take the car again 4 time to fix but I refused
Even my car not fully repair for non urgent issues but since they they released my car after 7 working days in their work shop and they confirm that necessary issues fixed and atleast I can drive for few months no problem, but from day 1 after receiving car I notice new issues showing was not there before due of non professional work
An official and legal action will be taken .
