Overall Customer Sentiment:
Based on the provided reviews and the overall rating of 4.6 out of 5 from 174 reviews, the general customer sentiment towards this business is largely positive, though with notable inconsistencies. While many customers express satisfaction, particularly with specific staff members and product availability, a significant portion highlights serious concerns regarding customer service, administrative efficiency, and quality control.
Service Quality:
The business appears to excel in technical expertise and product selection, particularly for motorcycle accessories and specific brands like Shoei. Several reviews commend the skill and dedication of the repair staff. However, the quality of customer service is a recurring weakness. Issues include unresponsiveness, lack of follow-up, poor communication, and a perceived lack of attentiveness from some staff members. The administrative processes also seem inefficient, requiring customers to actively pursue updates.
Common Themes:
A prominent theme is the exceptional service provided by specific individuals, particularly "Liz," who is repeatedly praised for her helpfulness, responsiveness, and problem-solving skills. This contrasts sharply with the negative experiences reported with other staff members and the overall customer service approach. Another recurring issue is the lack of thorough quality control, leading to problems discovered after leaving the shop, such as scratches, dents, and mechanical issues. Inaccurate business information online is also mentioned as a point of frustration.
Final Assessment:
While the business possesses strengths in technical service and product range, the inconsistent customer service and quality control issues detract from the overall experience. The reliance on the exceptional performance of a few individuals suggests a systemic issue with training or management of the wider team. For potential customers, the experience may vary significantly depending on the staff member they interact with and the specific service required. To consistently deliver high-quality and reliable service, the business needs to address the identified weaknesses in customer service, administrative processes, and quality control across all departments.
Called last week 11TH Dec.2023 looking for some motorbike information, re-called Thursday for the same and they told me that asap a sales representative will contact me.
Still waiting. The business it's running good, look like
Came all the way from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia just for the shoei NXR 2. Thanks to all the Wheels of Arabia team especially Liza was amazing helped me with my helmet size and all, showed me all the visor colors and how to change them and all the helmet features. Thank you all See you soon đ.
Happened to go this store this morning, they have everything whats a motorist is looking for but something which is the most important is missing, customer service, if the owners/management is reading this they should really do a reality check, one of the worst customer service ever and i am shocked how they can survive in a place like dubai where everything is top class, people are just sitting on the desk, bored of their life, i had to literally go to each one and ask for specific thing and the response is beyond amusement, i donât know how to give half a star because clearly the staff does not deserve a full star
I hope employee Abdullah respects the customer
Really so bad service đ
But I would like to say thank you so much liz for her service đđ»
I just came in today - December 26th at 12:00 pm - to âliterallyâ buy on the spot a sports bike from Ducati (I was ready for it); yet, I was surprised that NO ONE even came to help while the showroom was completely empty and no other clients were there.
At the very end, one guy just passed by while we were on the way out of the showroom.
Really disappointed that such a brand is being promoted that way.
I went there on Saturday 12th of June looking for Helmet, boots, gloves and clothing. I did purchase a set of gloves, but did not find suitable boots and clothing. I was also looking for Shoei Neotec 2 helmet. They did not have it in white colour that I needed (due to the heat in U.A.E). The lady in charge checked it out on supplier's site and told me they have a limited number of them. I asked her how long it would take to order one and receive it in Dubai. She said about 4 weeks. I said I wanted to make sure if I ordered one, in 4 weeks I would get one for certain. She gave me the impression that the supplier (apparently in Germany) might not do good on her promises. I said order one please and follow up on it so that I would not waste my time waiting for something that I would never receive. I left the shop, and the day after I called 3 times her extension (5) to follow up on the order and make sure all went well. She did not pick up the phone. I left a message on their voice mail and asked her to call me. She never did. I called next day, same story; nobody picked up. I tried other extension (parts department). The guy told me she was with 2 costumers and would call me back if I gave him my phone, which I did. She never called. The day after I called again, no answers. I called part department again. The guy said the lady was off that day and took my number again to pass it to her so that I could inquire about my order. As of now (16th of June) I have not received a call..... I don't understand how these people can stay in business with such a deplorable customer service. If they have an aversion for human interaction, they should not be in a business which is based on loyalty and customer satisfaction . I have better things to do with my life than chasing such people; it should be the other way around. As you guessed, I do not recommend this place to anybody. They are in the wrong business.
Iâm giving 5 stars thanks to Liz, who truly stood out with her post-sale support. I had purchased a Shoei NXR2 helmet and had an issue with the cheek pads, which were coming off easily. Liz took care of everything, including arranging the shipment of a replacement part to another country. The helmet had been sold to me by Charles, but it was Liz who really solved everything. The way she handled the situation was outstanding, and thatâs why they deserve 5 stars. Great store overall, with a good selection of accessories, sizes, and prices.
Liz is amazing! Very responsive to messages, held my size helmet for me and went above and beyond in showing me all the features and the ease of changing the visor and fitting my headset! Youâre an asset Liz !
Summary: A very mixed experience. You have to do your own quality control and acceptance check to make sure the bike is ok and matches the one you deliver Pros: 1. Definitely has very passionate and dedicated masters of the craft who care about fixing the bike 2. My bike was fixed with the issue I came with even after working hours by Martin (thanks again!) Cons: 1. Not very efficient/professional âadminâ staff. Had to constantly follow-up on progress even when was promised âWeâll let you knowâ + when an issue occured the overall approach is âitâs not meâ 2. Bike wasnât thoroughly checked during handover and I discovered massive scratches and a dent on the rear wheel which I didnât see a few days before delivering the bike for service during chain maintenance (when I had a lot of time to look at the wheel and notice anything wrong with it). 3. Poor final quality control - left the shop and the bike shutdown on me 600m away from the shop while I was riding (fortunately, didnât make it to a highway where it wouldâve been much more dangerous). Turned out there was something with the wiring + a wrong Amp fuse in one of the boxes. 4. Mismanaged Google Business profile - working hours shown on the maps werenât updated after Ramadan and showed âworking until 8 PMâ while they closed at 7PM. Iâd think twice about buying a new bike for ###k with service experience like that at an official dealer for one of the premium motorcycle brands
Wheels of Arabia stands out as a truly exceptional motorcycle agency, renowned for their partnerships with top international motorcycle brands, extensive range of accessories, and above all, their unwavering commitment to professionalism in maintenance. A definite go-to destination for motorcycle enthusiasts seeking top-notch service and quality products.
