DME Auto Repairing - Bosch Car Service

A friend of mine recommended this garage as i was having some issues with car braking and suspension. He took great care of my car and has done the best work. Satisfied with DME repairing. Deserve a 5 star.

I have a horrible experience with those people. 3 months of fixing and the car never been fixed. when I brought it back to them, they also took 2 months till now and I didn't receive the car, worst garage in Dubai. not recommended at all

I have been a regular customer since 2020 and after my warranty on my 2nd hand car expired.I was extremely happy for the first three years, nice and professional job was conducted, every time pricing was reasonable, no hidden charges/surprises, staff was attentive and informative about repairs needed to be done in the future.I recommended the repair store to friends as well cause this is who i am when i fee comfortable with the services provided..All that changed 6 months ago; recommendations for unneeded repairs were given on the spot (for example change of disks that would cost 2000 instead of skimming 'em that would cost 250 AED) , labour cost skyrocketed as if i had a doctor visit.The last drop was about 3 weeks ago and when i faced a very important issue with my car.After a short inspection they recommended both change of water pump + thermostat , cost was at 2300(?) , after negotiations they dropped it to 2150 - a tiny discount as per my humble opinion given to a regular customer who has been visiting the repair store at least twice per year.I took my car for repair elsewhere, only water pump needed to be changed, the final bill was 40% less, they inspected the car for free 3 days later, the environment of the new store was ambient, convenient, highly professional and welcoming. It is a shame that quality of services on such delicate business like car maintenance drops on certain stores making the customers running away in order not to be ripped off.

MySyara send my car to DME for servicing and I got extensive checklist with list of immediate and urgent as well as other works. Listed was the replacement of wipers which I had change a month ago myself. They told me better to leave the vehicle post service for the work since it’s not in condition to drive. I told them I’ll get it done later and would need the vehicle. I’ve been driving since with no issues.

Very small garage. I went to check my AC and they left 20 minutes without saying a word when I asked what is going on they said we are still checking! All of a sudden they started recharging ac gas without telling me anything and the guy open my glovebox started throwing my personal items everywhere to reach out for the cabin air filter he took it away "to clean it" he replaced it with a duplicate "I came to know after" and kept smudging my window glass. So I said that's it I must leave he said the car has a leak and needs 2 to 3 to detect the leak but I didn't have time! He said we need to charge you 50AED for a gas refill that he did without my approval!!!!

the only thing they are good at is to send recovery to pick up your car, that was so fast! afterwards you have to chase them , no replies on calls or messages, delays for days, no progress, very high charges, and at the ends problem with car was not sorted out, i took the car to another garage ,and was done for half of the price they quoted. and at least the problem was sorted out! The new garage i went to after told me that they messed a lot with the car, they did something with timing! I don't know what's that, perhaps also the parts they changed and charged me 3k was not really faulty! He told me that the garage handled this car before bringing it here ( DME) better for them to concentrate on the KARAK tea business, hahah
My advice is if u want to repair your car there: RUN!
