Samsung phones and service are terrible. many people have had the same problem. Green lines appeared on the screen of my phone (S20 plus), Samsung solution is trade your phone with a new phone or fixing will be on you! So the main reason behind this Samsung want us to use the phone max for 2 years and buy new one. So noway to buy Samsung ever again, I've been a Samsung fan for more than 10 years but not anymore. Thank you Samsung for your service keep losing customers we are so proud of you!
This is the worst place u can visit samsung is rly big fraud and I'll file a complaint in customer rights They are saying.my mobile out of the warrenty cuz there is a scratch in screen and I just went for slow charging
Very disappointing and dissatisfying customer service of this big brand Samsung. Call quality is very bad, the agent is pretending being polite but actually tickling ur nerves by asking stupid questions and giving stupid solutions to ur problem. Train ur staff and improve ur call quality. Samsung is excellent only when u r buying things from them!
Worst service ever, technicians would try to find any lame excuse to justify their incompetence. Took my phone there for screen replacement, paid an amount equivalent to a new phone just to save my data. They replaced my screen, but ever since I almost go back there on daily basis as the phone back keeps poping up, everytime a new reason is provided, 4 times back to them with the same issue, no solution, No manager to talk to or to escalate the case to. I was told call 800Samsung and log a complaint, Samsung CS told me will get back to you in 48hrs after you drop your phone back to the same service center. What a brilliant service from Samsung. I strongly advise not to go to this service center.
