3 years, 3 laptops…is it a brand issue or the store. My take Now - ITS THE STORE or just our bad luck. Now to the issue on hand, 7 days ago, we left an HP Laptop - faulty battery issue, we recd one call after 2 days, saying no issue, we requested for diagnostics to be run to be sure, and then no call back at all. We called daily and left messages with the call centre and waited and waited. Finally visited the service centre and still have no assurance that we will be given the laptop. How does a university student manage to return without one. SHARAF DG get your act together. Move some of your sales persons to service and get them trained. I am never shopping here again.

Very poor DG Service Center and Pick up Service and even Customer Service Center Status as of now 6 April 2025 - Still unknown if my laptop is really in Service Center! So doubtful talking with all the Call Center Agents giving different information from one to another!! Havent received any Quotation nor another update about my Laptop! Last Friday 4 April 2025 Call Center Agent called me and was informed that they will send an email with Quotation, i insist to send along with the photo of my laptop an evidence that it really with them. Email i sent last 3 April 2025 Hi Sharaf DG, Its very frustrating that until now, I haven't received any certain response about my Laptop. For timeline reference, I requested a pick-up service from my home, it was collected last Friday, March 29, by a Courier company. So disappointing that it was just collected without even proper package given to me to ensure that it is sealed during the transport, It was me, who produce a bubble wrap and paperbag. Knowing SharafDG as big company, you should provide a good Courier Service who can collect and sealed in front of the customer the item before transporting. March 30, I called for follow-up, was informed that it will take few days before it will arrive to Service Center because it will go first to Store. Seriously? Why not transporting directly!?!?! March 31 and April 1 - fine! Holiday. But April 2 - Wednesday, I called, still its unclear where my laptop is! Its a hinge and left corner touch screen problem, so basically external issue. When I called the Call Center, they told me Technician will call me, NOTHING, NO CALL BACK! I have spoken to different Call Center Agents and they've informed me many stories, Someone told me it being diagnosed! I told clearly from the beginning that its a screen problem, just in the corner, laptop is working fine internally, if they need to access it, they should call and ask me for my password, I can give it for Guest Users! No one should reformat anything without the owner consent or approval! Seriously, I thought it would be convenient to deal Sharaf DG Repair Center Pick Up Service but this is very very frustrating. I am doubtful if my laptop is really in Service Center.. Very very bad experience! So now, could you please update me with certain information and evidences. Where is my laptop and details for repair!?
