Adventure HQ at Times Square exceeded all expectations! The facility was absolutely fantastic – well-designed, safe, and perfect for all skill levels. Big shout out to Franz and Rona who were outstanding: super friendly, encouraging, and clearly passionate about what they do. They took the time to explain everything patiently, supported my daughter and made sure she felt confident, safe and happy. The facility is spotless and well-maintained, recommend for anyone looking to try climbing or just have an adventurous, fun-filled time!
Bad experience at the Times Square location. They have aisles mentioning buy 1 get 1. I ask the staff manning the area who confirms it. Then when I go to pay i am told it not buy 1 get 1.
The staff then proceed to speak to the manager who blatantly says it not on b1g1 and go tell the customer.
Poor customer service. Not willing to accept this error and make the exception. Just blame it on the system.
They have lost a customer who will never visit them again.
Both my boys had a great time here - one got a little scared and the staff were so supportive in helping him. My other boy was encouraged the whole way round - attentive and friendly staff. Highly recommend. Shout out to Rona, Fraz, Uziel and Peter for giving my boys a great experience.
E Commerce just made my day-
Delivering a flat tire on the bike and made me come to the shop, wait and fight for it to get it fixed instead of just sending a bike with fixed tire and taking the other one back to have a fast and efficient solution.

I had an exceptional experience today at Adventure HQ Time Square with Tarek and the great team there (Sachin(s)) who went above and beyond to help me fix my tent. The team wanted to make sure that I am fully prepared for my camping trip tomorrow. Tarek, though not from the camping section, was incredibly patient and thorough. He worked diligently to ensure the tent could be easily assembled, fixed any loose parts, and maintained a fantastic attitude throughout. He demonstrated great attention to detail and wanted to make sure, he is thorough and the work is completed perfectly. The team provided an amazing service, showcasing a level of dedication and the professionalism impressed me. I’m deeply grateful for their outstanding support and highly recommend Adventure HQ to anyone in need of outdoor gear. Thank you for making my camping trip possible And thank you for the great attitude!
My experience was really interesting in this shop , this bikes’s sales person Xavier is really amazing , he know more than enough about bikes and make your decision much easier and convincing, really big thanks to Xavier
My son have been waiting for this moment and we are very glad that Franz have been very supportive with my son in every step. He gave confidence to my son to conquer the obstacle which makes him very proud in completing it. As parents we are very proud of our son and thankful for Franz assistance. Wall climbing will not be easy to learn for my son without his guidance. Rona, was very friendly and helpful as well. Her clam makes us feel more comfortable with all the activities.
Very bad experience..I used to really like the place and spent a good amount of money there for my biking equipment and hiking gear until, for the very first time, I needed to return an item (pics attached show the item when I returned it). I had to return this Garmin watch because the same day I bought it I received a very similar one as a present by pure coincidence. Good news (or so I thought at the time) was that the watch was still perfectly wrapped in its original box - only thing I did by that time was to remove the two pieces of tape on the side of the box (which I kept and placed back as soon I realized I would have to return the item). I was very surprised to discover that they wouldn't accept this item back simply because the two pieces of transparent tape had been removed and then re-placed on the box in their original position - pls refer to the pics to get an idea of how minor (and not even noticeable) this change is and how easy it would have been for them to re-add this item to their stock. I never had such a bad experience and 'unreasonable' level of customer service in Dubai. If you expect good customer service and flexibility or common sense when there is a problem I would suggest you stay away from Adventure HQ.
We recently made a substantial purchase at Adventure HQ in Times Square Center and were initially happy with the helpfulness of the sales associate assisting us. After we picked our items, she informed us about a buy-one-get-one-free promotion we were eligible for, which we hadn't been aware of, and even confirmed the terms at the counter before we selected additional items to qualify. However, when we reached checkout, the manager suddenly claimed the items were not part of the promotion, despite them being placed on a clearly marked promotional shelf.
Instead of honoring what was clearly advertised or even acknowledging the miscommunication, their response was to simply remove the items from the shelf!
We weren't there to shop because of the promo—it was an added bonus that was brought to our attention later—but the way the situation was handled left a really bad impression on us.
For a store that specialises in premium outdoor gear, one would expect better integrity and customer service. This experience has certainly made us rethink shopping at Adventure HQ in the future.
Yesterday, on the 10th of August, we had a very bad experience with a salesperson named Rezmi at the Adventure HQ, Times Square branch. He was extremely rude, unhelpful, and lacked any customer service skills. As a result, we left the store without making a purchase because we were so disappointed.
Later, at the same day, we went to the Nakheel Mall branch, where we received excellent assistance and customer service from Kewal. We ended up purchasing the bike we were looking for there.
I would not recommend anyone visit the Times Square branch !!!
