I would like to share my recent experience with the employee at [Al Tayer Agency (Ford)]. Unfortunately, I faced unprofessional behavior from him, as the employee raised his voice and his hand towards me, despite the fact that I am a person of determination. This indicates a lack of respect and rude behavior, which is not acceptable under UAE law. This has negatively affected my mental state, especially since I am a person of determination, and I believe such treatment is not appropriate for an employee of a reputable company. This behavior has negatively impacted my experience as a user/customer, and I would like to request that necessary actions be taken to ensure the improvement of the employee's behavior and to enhance the level of service provided. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your response (and if necessary measures are not taken regarding my case, I will resort to UAE law)
Just got our car a few days ago and the overall experience was very satisfactory. If you come here, make sure to specifically ask for Mr. Sherif, he has been very professional, helpful, and answered all our questions with expertise. He was always prompt, direct, informative and transparent. Huge thanks to Mr. Ahmad for also taking the time out of his busy schedule to accommodate us. The whole process went very smoothly which made us enjoy the buying experience from here. Also appreciate the fact that they have an app for whatever we need for the car maintenance. Just want to commend the people at the front desk as well, they were very pleasant to talk to.
Not a good company for after sales service! After getting the delivery of the car the real pain starts when you need to follow for each and everything and wait for hours after paying such big amounts for such cars Salesman also tells you the same thing that you have to wait, you cannot do anything as you purchased the car now its your pain !
