For the first time I face an issue with Al Tayer service. I ordered parts for my car in Sept and they forgot to inform me on October that the parts arrived. I only received SMS to notify me of the parts on mid Nov (No calls/emails either). Moreover when I brought the car the warranty team rejected to fix it saying that I should've brought the car earlier. How I am supposed to bring the car if you did not inform me that the parts arrived??? both advisers I had were professional and tried to help but since that department rejected apparently nobody can do anything.
Great service center, I've been a customer since more than 7 years. They're always cooperative with any request. Arturo is the best, he always does his best to help, on time updates, and useful explanation of service outcome/car status.
I am extremely disappointed with the service at Ford Service Center. Just two months ago, while my car was still under warranty, I specifically asked them to check the timing belt during my last service. They assured me that everything was fine. A few days ago, my car suddenly stopped working in the middle of the street, and I had it towed back to the Ford Service Center. After inspection, they told me the issue was a cracked timing belt. This means they either failed to check it properly when I asked or completely overlooked a potential problem. When I spoke to the supervisor about this, the only solution they offered was an unspecified discount, which they couldn’t even confirm. No accountability, no proper explanation—just vague promises that left me frustrated and disappointed. I expected better from Ford, but this experience has shown me that their service is unreliable. If you care about your car’s long-term health, I would think twice before trusting this service center. This will definitely be my last encounter with Ford.
I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the recent service performed on my vehicle at your service center under the supervision of Mr. Dharnesh Nayak (Service Advisor - Ford & Lincoln Service, Al Tayer Motors, Dubai, UAE). After experiencing an issue with my Ford Explorer (Black, Plate Number: UBR - - 64), I was assured that the necessary repairs had been completed and that any required replacements were made under warranty. However, upon reviewing the service documents, I found no clear mention of the work being carried out. Despite Mr. Nayak’s confirmation that the issue was resolved, the same sound persists when I drive the car, indicating that the problem was not properly addressed. Additionally, I was asked to pay AED 210 for consumable items, with the explanation that these cannot be claimed under warranty. While I complied with the payment, I now feel that the charges were unjustified, as the original issue remains unresolved.
I recently visited Al Tayer Service Center and had an excellent experience. I would like to extend my gratitude to Marc for his outstanding professionalism and support throughout the process. He was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. His customer service truly made a difference, and I highly appreciate his efforts.
