I am writing to express my utmost admiration and satisfaction with the outstanding service I received at Al Ghandi Auto Central Workshop Ras Al Khor. To say I was amazed would be an understatement! I brought my Groove 2024 bumper in for repair on the morning of Christmas Day, 25th December, fully expecting that the holiday season would delay the service until after the New Year. To my delight and surprise, my car was ready for collection just three days later. This truly reflects the workshop's strong commitment to customer satisfaction. I had an exceptional experience thanks to the dedicated team. I would like to extend special thanks to Ms. Al Qamma, who was incredibly accommodating throughout the process. very bad compagnie, nobody answer phone, phone wrong, timing lie, i never see people like this no professional, why is not put timing right true for google or websit, 5.45 pm im coming buy parts is close, other section is open and i have 2 hours lunch time, how is work like this in dubai, is very bad office gmc chevrolet, loose ride 1 hour for nothing, the manager women fat is talk bad and i don’t care …. very bad brand and staff
Very bad experience since the last year.
My ZL1 has been with them since Monday 8.45am, today is day 3, for Service and no one called me back to update if the car is ready or if there are problems.. 3 days for a service? I tried to call of course many times, but 6pm and 8.30am i get the automayic reply that I'm calling beyond working hours, and during the day no one answered.
Last service plus repair in summer 2023 was a disaster, they kept the car for a month, and was given to me dirty and full of sand, with dents on the body and trash inside the veichle. I have pics and videos that document in which poor and unacceptable conditions it was given back to me.
I hope this time they will be more professional, and I'll improve the rating of the review if they will offer a high standard service as it was in the past.
Very bad experience they all want money my brake sensor were broken and my car is under warranty so instead of changing only sonsor they forced me to change brakepad as well. becaus for that i have to pay. If they change only sensor then they can not charge anything.
Worst Service Ever – Complete Disappointment!
I had the most appalling experience at Al Ghandi Autos on 04th February 2025. Despite having a confirmed appointment, I had to wait 45 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. The receptionist was incredibly unfriendly, giving off zero customer service skills from the start.
To make matters worse, after picking up my car the next day, I noticed scratches on the bonnet that were not there before. When I informed the service advisor, Wafaa, about the issue, she laughed in my face.
Additionally, my service book was handed back to me completely stained, which added to the frustration. I tried to escalate the matter to the manager on duty, but she was equally rude and uninterested in solving the issue and made an incredibly disrespectful comment saying, "It's just a car, it's just a piece of steel." Unbelievable!
Their customer service is beyond terrible, and they clearly don’t care about their customers. They would rather mock you than take responsibility or resolve a complaint. I won’t be coming back and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to deal with them!
