Beware of Overpricing and Unprofessional Behavior!

I had a very disappointing experience with this garage. They quoted me AED 4,200+ to replace my AC compressor, while multiple other garages provided estimates around AED 2,000 for the same Denso brand compressor. When I questioned the pricing, Mr. Allwyn responded unprofessionally and admitted to adding a 25% margin on parts, charging AED 300 extra compared to market rates.

Additionally, they charge separate labor fees for each part, which I haven’t seen at other garages. The total labor cost alone exceeded AED 1,000! While they claim to provide a warranty (which other garages don’t), it doesn’t justify doubling the price.

If you’re looking for fair pricing and professionalism, I strongly recommend checking other garages before committing to this one.

Did a titanium car detailing on the 28th August and looked after by Alwyn and I would say he is not fully aware what comes with the package otherwise he should check availability of the services inclusive in the package and would have done all the necessary touch up work but he don't. After the service, the car pretty much looked like it's deeply wash and cleaned only. Disappointing 1st try of this garage.

Don't get your car detailed here, it's a scam..
Went there with Groupon voucher for platinum detailing, costs about 350 AED. Super disappointed with results, looks like they just did full body wash with some polishing, something that costs 50 dhs...
Interior Polish looks cheap and unprofessional, lots of areas still dirty and untouched, this is unacceptable and daylight scam...

I did exterior and interior detailing. Amazing job done. They also did full inspection of the car and notify if there is any issues to he fixed. Mr Prabhu is very freindly and professional advisor. Highly recommended if you need quick and spot on service.

I had a great experience at this auto garage! I took my car in for a small front bumper repair after an accident. They initially told me it would take two days, but the job was done much quicker. The repair was excellent, making the bumper look like new, and the price was very reasonable. They even went above and beyond with some extra work. Highly recommend this shop to anyone needing car repairs!

I wish to caution those considering automotive paint services at this garage.

Recently, I had my vehicle sent for a single-panel paint job on the front fender. Upon completion, the service advisor returned my car with paint overlaying more than one-third of the bumper and the parking sensors, which were never part of the original scope of work. This resulted in a significant mismatch in the paint finish.

The service advisor acknowledged the error and offered to repaint the affected area to rectify the issue. However, the discrepancy remained despite a subsequent effort to polish the mismatched paint. When I requested that the bumper be repainted to address this concern, the advisor began to explain potential imperfections, suggesting that removing the bumper could lead to gaps after refitting and that the aesthetic outcome might not meet my expectations.

This experience raises concerns about this establishment's level of skill and professionalism. Therefore, I suggest that you should be careful considering paint work at this location.

My experience was bad. Charged money and car was in the same condition. Saved myself from more damage by towing the car to Sharjah. Got the work done for the same amount they charged me which included parts and services. Many years back they used to be good and cheap but now all they care is about taking money from customers pocket. Now don't say this customer never visited us. I believe all negative review customers visited you. Provide good service, you will receive good reviews.
