bought a new acer predator laptop that started suddenly losing power after 3 months.
picked up my laptop by delvery because it has warranty claiming it will take 1-18 working days
Turns out it will atleast take 18 working days which is almost a month!
The laptop has been there for 12 days and they refuse to give me any update despite me calling 4-5 times and waiting hours to reach a customer representative, which simply means they haven't started anything and don't even know wht the problem is.
The operator says I will receive the updates when i receive them and there is nothing he can do.
When I ask to talk to a manager they are always busy or not available.
The defective laptop is not my fault I dont understand how they expect ppl to wait that long with 0 explanations or updates.
I am starting to feel like I am receiving charity when I have paid for the warranty.
I should have fixed it elsewhere out of my own pocket but now it is too late i cannot even get the laptop back.
It is lost in the black hole of their service department where they dont have phones and dont answer emails.
Never buy anything from them they have the worst and most frustrating service

Suggesting I wasn’t a real customer is a poor attempt to discredit an honest review. I have nothing to gain from this other than warning others about my experience. You had ample time to resolve this when I reached out, before posting this review. Only now do you show interest? That speaks volumes. I bought a Ledger wallet from this company, but the one I received had a battery issue right out of the box. I returned it, but they claimed nothing was wrong. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to go back and forth. I urgently needed to secure my crypto assets.
Now I have five figures worth of crypto stuck in a hardware wallet that still shows a battery error and is completely unusable. I’ve seen multiple reviews from others experiencing the same issue, receiving a faulty product yet there’s been no resolution pattern or meaningful support.
It’s deeply frustrating that a company operating in this space, and in this country, is still allowed to continue business despite these recurring complaints. I recommend checking other reviews before purchasing.

I’m disappointed with my recent experience with Microless.com. I placed an order expecting timely delivery as advertised, but unfortunately, my delivery has now been delayed for two days with no updates or communication from the company.
What’s more frustrating is the lack of proactive customer service no emails, messages, or calls to inform me about the reason for the delay or when I can expect my order to arrive. In today’s market, clear communication and reliability are key, especially when customers rely on estimated delivery times.
I’ve used Microless before and didn’t face such issues, but this experience has made me reconsider. I hope they improve their logistics and customer support to keep customers informed and deliver on their promises.
I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. Before sending our driver to purchase the toner cartridges (as shown in the photo), I made a phone call to confirm the price and ensure we’d be paying the expected amount. However, when the transaction was completed, the price ended up being higher than what was initially communicated.
I purchased two pieces thinking we’d be saving a little, but instead, we ended up paying more than what other online stores are offering—with free delivery included. It was frustrating to go through the trouble of arranging pickup, only to be overcharged.
Clearer communication and price consistency would’ve made a big difference.
REGRET BUYING FROM THEM AND WILL NEVER DO IT AGAIN
I bought a gaming PC from them almost top of the line specs 7950x3d, 4080 super, 2+1 TB SSD, 6ghz ddr5 ram 32 gb, so on and so forth. Firstly I was informed 2 days after my order that the CPU was not in stock which forced me to upgrade. Whenever you upgrade a part they add hidden shipping costs even if the item is the same weight as the replaced item, which is just a pure scam.
After quite a long time I received the PC and the CPU was faulty and the PC would just keep restarting. There was also a bent screw on the PC see photo.
I RMA'd and shipped it back and the process was ridiculous. I got a call from the courier for pick up and saw that the shipment was CPU and for 400grams only, while NO ONE informed me from Microless that I had to remove my CPU and not to ship the whole PC back to them, nor did they ask me I knew how to remove or how to package it. I asked to the courier to comeback the next day and with no help from Microless I removed it and packaged it however I could and sent it to them. They messaged me how to pack it after I had already shipped it which was funny.
Tried to give a bad review on their website but it is not appearing, only 5 star reviews are there, I assume that is fake.
Update: Several days later we found that the CPU is fine and the socket was the issue and now god knows how many days it will take them to ship it back....meanwhile I bought this PC 40 days ago and have yet to benefit from it, meanwhile nVidia 50xx series is about to come out so this was a full waste of money.
To Owner: you replied that I should contact directly, this is what I need, I need someone assigned to my case who I can contact directly. I call your helpline daily and email daily and nothing happens....
This place is gamers heaven. You literally find everything you need and most probably in stock. I got my chair, custom build & all accessories in the same day. Especially Jathin was very helpful and friendly, he helped me go through my custom build and the best gaming chair for me. I’d definitely recommend trusting this store.
