Gave my car to fix steering wheel. It broke down within warranty period. So they tried to fix it again. Again it broke down. This time they blamed it on another issue with my car which was totally unrelated. They charged me again to fix it.
Now again after 6 months same problem.
This time I did not take it to them as I don't trust them anymore. Their quality is bad. And if ur car gives same problem then its definitely not value for money.

I took my car to Kasim at LT and he fixed it perfectly, I've been having issues that nobody was fixing properly until i took it to LT and I'm glag i did. This scenario happened when I bought a Audi car with AAA warranty and had taken for first service and first vehicle check-up prior to warranty activation.
Me: Why you didn't inform me when you noticed that, I could have paid for flushing and refilling with appropriate coolant, Now my radiator indicated fault.
Replies by yelling " Not my fault"
This made me escalate the problem to DED.
If you are customer to this garage - Stay in the garage while they service your car and double check everything before paying them.
The worst experience ever! I brought my car for a general servicing that costs me AED 7000 and they kept it for 10 days. Once returned, I had to go back 3 times as nothing was really done. They take your money and promise you a decent result but unfortunately they are just as bad as all the others garages. I’m even wondering if there is anyone there who understands what’s an engine or what’s a car. Really disgusting! Qasim the « Manager » is the worst, I hope you will never have to deal with him in order not to be ripped off. Shame on you!
Worst garage in the city, a few months ago i went in to get my alternator replaced these people kept my car for a week and when they returned the car i was told that the alternator has been replaced. A few months later my alternator broke down again when i took my car to another garage they inspected it and told me that the alternator was never replaced by this garage they had used some cheap fix to make it look like the car is fine. I will never step foot in this garage again
Would never recommend if you value your vehcile. Although we had AAA warranty till DEC 2024 not sure why these people couldn’t identify the leakage, even tough 3 separate garage said these leak spread is pure negligence and now the cover is over. Even the coolant leakage work done by them is sub standard and leak is still there..

This choice was made in good faith, trusting that you would maintain the quality and reliability expected from an AAA-listed provider.
Our current concerns are not about warranty coverage but rather about the quality of service provided by your garage. The issues we are facing stem from what appears to be a lack of thoroughness and care during regular maintenance checks. If these service checks had been conducted properly, the faults might have been identified earlier and potentially resolved under warranty, saving us from the significant financial and mechanical damage we now face.
As it stands, the additional damages caused by this oversight not only affect my vehicle but also raise serious concerns about the standards of service provided by garages listed by AAA.
