Have dropped my car 'Ford Territory (3 months old)' to them on July 26th and still (September 3rd) waiting for the update of repair. Have to call atleast two times to get an update from them and even that will be a normal one stating 'we are waiting for the parts'.. This is not been resolved till now. Nobody either contacted as Owner's reply.
Hello to all. I would like to share my extremely satisfying experience with maintaining my Ford at Ford Body Shop in Al Quoz. Guys are professional and take actions only as and when needed. They have good promotions, so even if you have an older car that you might think is not worth investing in, believe me you should still go to this workshop. When I first started dealing with ford in Dubai around 6 years ago they were excellent, however the level of service seems to have dropped precipitously since then. I sent my vehicle in yesterday for the fitment of some replacement parts. I was told yesterday morning at 11:38am that it should be finished yesterday. Since then I have not heard a word from Ford. Now I can understand that it may have taken a bit longer than expected, but what I do NOT understand is the fact that Ford feels that it is ok not to keep their clients informed about the status of their vehicle. I raised this issue during my last service in July and was promised that it would not happen again. Here we are less than two months later and EXACTLY the same issue is recurring. This is unacceptable Ford and not the kind of service I have come to expect.
