Honestly, I felt quite frustrated and upset with everything that happened—it would take a while to explain it all. However, you remained calm and patient throughout, always doing your best to explain what was happening with my car. That is something I truly admire about you. Excellent service. A bus hit my car in a traffic jam. At the dealership, they restored the car perfectly—no traces of the accident or repairs. Throughout the entire repair process, manager Shakeel Ahamed kept me updated with regular updates and even sent photos. Big thanks to him!
First time to use the service, didn't have a super car nor expensive /luxury car but at least I want my car fully cleaned after the service...my tires looks awful after the service!!! i know its not a big deal but its isnt a good one experiencing and expecting that my car gets a poor service!
I dropped my car for maintenance check-up this morning and just picked it up. I have 'Ford protect' Flexible maintenance plan which I purchased 3 years ago. Technician told me it's my last service from the plan and no other explaination about what would be changed this time or it would be just 29 points inspection.When I picked up my car security said "Come" and asked me to sign the paper and handed my car key to me. When I asked "what's the reason for the safety recall" as I have SMS from ford. He said" I don't know" as I didn't know he was a security guy that time. I went to the office to look for that technician and asked him for explanation. Only when I asked after I visited him he explained it was just issue from brakes. Well...thanks for letting me know now! And I asked what has been done on my car compared to last service 6 months ago. All of sudden he started checking my service history he showed me the screen. I have maintenace plan and it has several things to be changed up to certain times. No explanation when I dropped my car and when I picked up my car. It was like your car is ready just come and pick it up. It's your last service left from your plan. Nothing to pay! Excuse me? I paid more than 3500 dirham 3 years ago! I'm entitled to know what's been done on my service and right to know the reason for the safety recall.
I know you guys wanna go home quickly as it's Friday but do your service and job properly. As I am quiet and don't ask anything that doesn't mean I don't know anything. Only after I complained technician started checking and telling me. They didn't even get bothered to explain for a few mitutes. Not even say sorry. No apology...That's how you treat your customers? I have huge doubt if they checked my car properly last 4 years since I started using their service...
They always sent me the email about service review after I picked up my car. I ignored it but this time I can't wait to leave my review here and their email.
Oh one more thing. That's how they left my car. When I opened my car I found this. I didn't touch anything before I took a picture. Is that plastic for hygienic reason or what? Just remove it looks more messy and dirty.

I’m leaving this review as my Mustang was affected by the floods while it was in the bodyshop for repairs. Despite it being under the responsibility and care of the workshop, I have had to chase repeatedly for the follow up of my insurance claims and the staff at the body shop have not been responsive nor helpful in resolving my claims. I am extremely disappointed in this situation and hope that it will improve in the future.

It has been a complete nightmare dealing with them. My brand new car got locked down in the middle of the road last night and I got zero help from the customer service even after they had promised to send a technician an the went back on their word. I somehow managed to arrange an external help to tow my car to a parking area and have been on and off calls with Al tayer who have been extremely ineffecient and offered no help what so ever.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME..
We had an unpleasant experience on buying our ford Territory 2024 model, we bought it 3 months ago and unfortunately the car mirrors and ceiling has been melted by the sun.
The response from the workshop was the most disappointing as they were trying to clear their responsibility in the beginning although car is under warranty.
We happened to contact the service center of Maserati in Dubai, because our new car had issues with the doors. After inspection, we were informed that, unfortunately, the repair would not be covered by the warranty and would need to be paid for by us. Nevertheless, thanks to the professionalism, customer focus, and genuine effectiveness of the Manager, we would like to express our appreciation for the excellent and helpful service. Thank you.
