Extremely unprofessional people, they have zero experience with trucks they are only meant for oil change. Charged me 3K+ opened my engine and didn’t fix anything next day the car had the same problem when I gave. All their professionals keep saying different things blaming the parts only. Opened a whole engine and rebuild to say we don’t know what’s the problem inside.

Got my car's 10k service done, and wow, they were amazing! Super fast turnaround. The next day, they sent a detailed car check-up with pics showing what needed fixing – so clear! I got the repairs done right away. They even sent progress videos and showed me the new parts. When I picked it up, they explained everything and showed me the old parts. Genuine parts, too. Seriously awesome service; you gotta use them!

I have paid 11000 AED in two times and they spent total of 4 months to fix a brake problem and surprisingly even after that it was not fixed 😂
I fixed later “for good” in another garage for 3000 AED in 2 days.

I visited then for a minor service. They are totally transparent in terms of offerings and price. No beating around the bush. Mr. Maddy and Faisal were very accommodating. Would be a long term client for sure.

I went for oil change with Groupon that included a health check.
They told me that I had an oil leak my ac needed a new condenser and compressor that my breaks needed change and quoted me 1000 for labor only plus a huge amount for the parts. Mind you I have a small inexpensive car. I went for a second opinion because the labor was expensive.
I DID NOT NEED TO CHANGE ANYTHING!!!!
I changed my breaks that were still ok for only 100aed when the asked for 500.
PLEASE DO NOT LISTEN TO WHAT THEY SAY AND GET ANOTHER QUOTE SOMEWHERE ELSE THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD!!!!

Motrox sales person said to me before that the ignition coil needs to replace. Then I go to other garage and they only adjust the spark plug and works fine

Sent my car for the 100 000km service. I was given a quote which i approved while also being informed they might find something else when they started the work. A few days later i was given a second quote which i also approved thinking that would be it. Then a few days after i received a third quote. The cost of the service was now 25% of the value of the car and they already stated the work so I could not change my mind.

After driving 2000 km I got warning signs on the dashboard saying I needed to fill up my oil. When I took the car to a technician they said my oil was almost empty. I informed them I just paid 550AED for oil change as part of the 100K service. They checked for leaks and found non and could confirm oil had not been changed. So this workshop clearly charges for work they don't do!

When paying my service bill a woman left crying after complaining as they also doubled her initial quote so clear this is normal practice.
