Good place to do your car window tinting as they are authorized dealer for 3M tinting. Service advisor Melvin is very good and supportive. I had a minor issue with the tinting done but he helped me got it fixed by replacing the tints from two different windows. Advise: when you visit this showroom then go to this person as he will help you with best customer service.

My car was never bought from Auction
I bought it Brand New from Benz Dealership, Zero KM.
the reply from Orange is untrue at all. Attached photo me driving the car out of Benz Sh. Zayed Road (taken from my video). I am ready for more proofs to deny Orange false claims

my post: Took my Benz ML400 car to sort a simple water coolant issue( leakage as they said) ended by loosing the whole engine. Oil and water got mixed up. I thought it was a simple job, ended loosing my car! Not recommend at all. Even when you think it’s a simple easy job anyone can do, it might escalate to loose the engine. Be aware

Pls be aware that this customer didnt tell us that he bought this car from an auction, after checking we found out that the car had been extensively repaired with many paint jobs done. If it was an easy simple job then everyone would be a mechanic.

I took my car to this company for general maintenance and they only changed the oil filter and charged 700 AED.
They response urgently my calling before going and after never response.
After paying this I set off and stayed on the road
They broke my car and said it doesn't concern us
I will file a lawsuit or you will give me my money back.They don't understand any technical work, don't go there.i have too much loss and I believe authorities will see this and compensate my loss from them

Not Recommended and too expensive
I went to fix my Mazda car for starter issue and they found some other issues as well they gave me a quotation of AED18k to fix those other issues and it end up for above AED6k to fix the important one, after receiving the car then accelerating the speed to 70km/h I found the car shaking to much like a WW old truck when I went back and even on the phone the first answer was “ok come back to do a new quotation” I gave the car without any shaking issues it must come back the same or even better.
The service I received fell short of what I expected. I’d suggest doing your research if you decide to go.”

However, I was their client since years ago, but garage is on mess, I sent my car Mercedes 200 for it’s major service and they informed me that service completed and ready for delivery, few minutes after; I found the tier in the ground and I fixed in gas station as pressure was only on 50 and shared with receptionist same on time, one day after Engine sign shown !! they received the car to check and came out with new issue that fuel pump needs to be change and I have to pay again Labor charges which is type of customer’s Manipulate… paying labor charge twice in 4 days ??? and how they didn’t find out all this issues once they inspected the car??? Reached to garage manager and his reply was unprofessional and replied it’s not their mistake “I Don’t understand how it’s not their mistake since car was under their inspection” he clearly reply to pay the charges and take your car, and if you need to raise compliant to consumer rights pls do !!!!! This attitude and way of dealing with customers will totally damage their reputation

Not the workshop you need!!
I went there after seeing the auto shop reference on google…
On September 27, 2024, I brought my car in to fix a problem with one of my Xenon headlights. After working the whole day on it… I got the car back with both headlights not working permanently. They told me that not much they can do and I need to change both full headlights assembly, and that is very expensive. I took it to another well known place and after thorough check and troubleshooting, they found out that the electrician at Orange messed up the software somehow.
I’m not sure if those guys at orange know what they are doing… They might know about oil change, filter, maybe brakes… but other than that, I don’t know!
I don’t recommend this place and I for sure will never go there.

Orange Auto did an excellent job, the customer service delivered by Maria Rivera is superb, very clear suggestions and recommendations to give my car a new showroom finish and an awesome tint

Orange Autos have tinted the windows on both my range rovers. Highest quality I have found in Dubai and excellent customer service. Yes other people do it cheaper but buy cheap and you will buy twice. I will only take my cars here for tinting as I have no worries whatsoever. Would definitely recommend. Savio really looked after me both times, great service advisor.
