Battmobile has been so helpful and supportive. Dealing with them and especially with Mr. Haseeb the expert has been a breeze. He is very professional and knows exactly what he is doing. An expert in his field. Luckily he was there to the rescue when my battery died the first time. We have purchased a service package with Battmobile and trust me it is worth it. The second time Mr. Haseeb did a service check on my car and changed the car oil, right at our door step. So convenient! I would definitely recommend Battmobile for anyone who wants to take good care and maintain their car.

Horrible service never will advise someone to use them , very poor service they charge triple the price of the market with no integrity on the work was done , they take your car for minor services they returned with major repairs needed then they ask you to pay a lot of money , I will meet them in the consumer protection department
I had a very stressful situation when my car battery died at midnight. I contacted Battmobile, and they handled everything so efficiently. Within a minute of giving my information over the phone, a technician named Zabih Allah called me back and came directly to my location. Zabih Allah was incredibly professional, polite, and fast. He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the battery on the spot. The entire process was smooth and took just minutes. I truly appreciate his help and the excellent service provided by Battmobile. Thank you, Zabih Allah, and the entire Battmobile team for your outstanding support! I highly recommend this company to anyone facing car issues—they are reliable, responsive, and professional.
My experience with this company has been very disappointing. I gave one star for their oil change service and vehicle wash because they are skilled in those areas. However, they lack experience in mechanical services, which may lead to costly repairs later.
My story with them first contacted them for a battery change, and the employee convinced me to sign a service contract that included major and minor services. When I later needed a brake pad replacement, and I provided the new pads and confirmed my request multiple times. They assured me they would inspect the car and complete the replacement. However, they did the inspection and requested to change other things in the vehicle in which I provided the spare part of it and paid for the mechanic service as an extra amount apart from the service contract as they said that this is out of the contract and it is quite big amount.
After more than seven days, I got my vehicle only to find the brake pads hadn’t been changed, and the new parts were left in the back seat. Furthermore, I noticed a loose part in the front of the car. The advisor dismissed my concerns, claiming the job was done well. When I escalated the issue, the quality control representative promised support but did not respond when I tried to reach him.
I paid for the service contract and additional mechanical services. Their spare parts are overpriced. I do not recommend this company to avoid further issues with your vehicle.
As proof of their poor service, the attached job card shows they even misidentified my vehicle—there is no car called the Nissan Rav4.

Despite what was clearly mentioned in the service booklet, several key checks were either overlooked or not completed — the AC filter wasn’t inspected, battery health remained unchecked, spark plugs were not reviewed, and the promised car wash and sanitization were not carried out. Understandably, this left me questioning the thoroughness of the service. However, I must commend the company for the way they responded after I raised my concerns. I received a follow-up call from their team, and they were both professional and proactive in taking responsibility. They scheduled a prompt appointment to address all the missed items and ensured that the necessary checkups would be completed properly. This level of accountability and willingness to take corrective action says a lot about their values. It’s important to recognize that no service is perfect — what truly matters is how a company responds when things go wrong. I genuinely appreciate their openness to feedback and their commitment to making things right. We all make mistakes, but what defines us is the effort we put into being better than the day before. I look forward to seeing this positive attitude continue in future interactions. Thank you to the team for stepping up and showing that customer satisfaction truly matters.
Scamming and Unprofessional – Please Stay Away!
Absolutely terrible experience. The technician showed up to jump-start our car but did nothing right. He connected the crocodile clips incorrectly — positive to negative and negative to positive — and even after we told him the correct way, he refused to listen.
It was clear he wasn’t there to help. He just wanted us to buy the overpriced battery he was selling. We told him we only wanted a jump-start, but he kept blaming our battery and pushing for the sale. He treated us like fools and tried to trick us.
In the end, the car didn’t start, and he took 60 DHS anyway without even trying properly or offering a refund. He was visibly agitated and unprofessional throughout.
To make things worse, we tried reaching out to the company after the incident, but not a single person responded. No calls back, no support, nothing.
In the end, a passerby vehicle helped us start the car without any trouble, highlighting just how unnecessary and unhelpful the technician’s visit truly was - spending 60dhs was like a charity.
Do not trust this company. Completely unprofessional, unskilled, and dishonest. Avoid at all costs.
Terrible experience with Battmobile! Initially, they provided a long list of unnecessary parts to change, only to deliver extremely poor-quality service. They replaced the crank seals and engine oil cooler, but their workmanship was so bad that my vehicle was left in a life-threatening condition.
When I raised a complaint, the Quality Control Manager’s response was shockingly unprofessional—telling me to take my car elsewhere if I trusted another garage. This level of negligence and attitude is unacceptable! They finally brought my vehicle and broke my keys. Avoid this service at all costs if you value your safety and money.
The service was fast and rachel the customer service was helpful, the technician haseeb was very polite and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended, my battery was replaced in less than 30 mins, i even availed of the 1 minor and major service. Kuddos!
Very bad I bought a new battery from this people. ( the battery was white signal fitting time “the battery should be green all time” the technician said after one day it will become green if not we will replace the battery and the next day it’s not became Green I contact technician and sails team. but they didn’t do anything they are saying we can’t replace the batters you should have to tell the technician before so we can’t do anything now
