I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I took my car in for service two days ago, and was told I would be called once the work was completed. However, no one called me back. When I tried calling them to follow up, no one answered. I finally went to check on my car, and to my surprise, several items were missing, including cosmetics and a plastic bag of personal belongings.
What’s worse, I had cash in the car that is now gone. It is incredibly frustrating and concerning that these items were taken while the car was in their care. I’ve tried calling again to get answers, but no one is responding.
I expect more from a business when it comes to customer trust and care for their property.
I recently brought my car in for service and had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Jovelyn. Her customer service was outstanding from start to finish, she was professional, attentive, and made sure I was informed every step of the way. She went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and her friendly attitude made the whole experience even better. Highly appreciated and definitely deserves recognition! Hope to add more staff from customer service to maintenance. As I noticed that she was so really busy attending all the customer and need to assist all of them. But over all it was a good service!
I visited this service center hoping to get my car serviced, but left disappointed. Yesterday, I called and was clearly told that they could service my car. However, when I arrived today, a different service representative informed me that they don’t service my type of vehicle.
They only service GCC Expect cars and hybrid vehicles from recent years — not older hybrid models like mine. This lack of consistency and proper communication is frustrating. If clear and updated service information were available online, I wouldn’t have wasted my time and effort.
I strongly recommend that the management updates their online listings or website with clear service eligibility criteria to avoid misleading customers.

I was trying to call the service center for 3 days with no answer; I went myself to the service center on Saturday 2/9/2023 as a walk in.
I was told that the phone operator resigned last week and that’s why they didn’t answer my call and I was promised to get the service done
When I spoke to the service agent she told me that it is not possible to take my car and asked me to come on Monday which was not possible.
I asked to speak to a manager and thats when she checked with one of the service engineers and accepted my request as an exception.
The service advisor was overwhelmed as she’s the only one handling all the requests and that was the reason why she didn’t take the car at the beginning.
I have 2 suggestions:
1. Please hire more people to handle the customer’s requests.
2. You can start an appointment system to avoid the hustle of walk in services and to minimize the exceptions, you can develop a native iOS/android application, create a website, or hire someone over the phone to get it done through an excel sheet.
I’m always impressed by the excellent and fast service at the reception. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. I especially want to mention Ms. Jobi – she’s always so kind, helpful, and professional. It’s a pleasure to be welcomed by her every time. Truly outstanding service!
If i could have rated it 0 stars. I would have done that. Making us wait for hours and giving information very late. That too car will not be ready. Very disappointing. Worst experience. Waste of time
This must be THE best Hyundai Service Center in the entire country led by the incredible Mr. Alaa Hijazi! I have been taking my hyundai veloster there for the past 7 years even post warranty expiry because I have FULL trust in Mr. Alaa and his team’s capability. I have recently bought a Genesis GV70 and even in purchasing a new and beautiful car, I received lots of support from him in weighing out the positives of the car and making sure its the right fit. In making the decision, I took into account the after sales service and maintenance that I get at this center in comparison to other brands. I have zero worry and full comfort that my cars are in safe hands with constant care, efficiency, speed, honesty and integrity that Mr. Alaa exhibits and the entire center under his leadership. If I ever were to buy a 3rd car it for sure will also be Hyundai as peace of mind with maintenance and service is as important as the car quality itself.
Very bad experience. (GUYS THINK 100 TIMES BEFORE YOU BUY FROM HYUNDAI OR DEAL WITH THEM) People there are just playing with me they lie to me when I bring my car for service because I had issue in the A/C the supervisor told me it needs more than five days to fix because the fan is broken and it needs to change. But finally I found it was only a very small issue. And it happened again the same issue and the backside windows are moving very slowly.
When I bring the car to fix it they keep the car 24 hours then they said it’s ok now. When I check the car I find out that they removed and cut ✂️ the window automotive. And they didn’t fix it same how it was before . Very unhappy 😔

I would like to share my experience with you and what happened with me and my car.
I bring my car to service in Sharjah branch to check the backside glasses and the AC.
Then when I went back to receive my car I found that they damaged my car glass tinting.
Then I asked them to fix it and they said the duty is ended and nobody here to fix it right now.
Then I posted my experience in google and I attached a photos and video of the car glass tinting in the same time.
After that someone replied to my post and asked me to contact the customer service by email or WhatsApp. So I contacted them by email and they helped me to field a complaint *two times* then MR. ALAA called me and he asked me to go there to solve the problem then he didn’t do anything about it and he told me that HE WILL CALL ME SOON to solve it but Unfortunately MR ALAA didn’t call me back at all
He just let me lift my work and go there for nothing.
Then I contacted the customer service today one more time then (I was checked when I heard that they closed my complaint and mentioned that Customer was contacted and satisfied)
REALLY 🤔
They did not solve the issue and they said that!!!
This is my 3rd complaint now.
