Abc repair; Pathetic service, worst customercare. I gave my car for repair. It was just one day work. The staff there assured me that they will return my car within a week.
I waited for one week for the car and then asked them, they lied to me that it will take few more days to repair. Then they took one more week. I kept asking them on phone, they don’t pick up at all.
After 3 weeks, and after several calls, they asked me to collect my car.
They don’t have good staff especially Ibrahim (service advisor) really doesn’t care about how the customers will manage without car, they will keep lying to you each time. I don’t know why ABC is authorized with Hyundai.
Absolutely pathetic service. I have had a terrible experience with A B C. (Auto body centre) . Most unreliable service I have ever used. I had kept my vehicle KIA K5 to estimate the cost for repairing my vehicle. They took 2 days to do the estimation. After the estimation was completed , they did not call me to inform that the vehicle inspection is completed and estimation is done. I had to visit their office to check the status.
Estimated amount was sent to insurance for approval and I was told that within 4-5 days, Insurance approval will be received and they will call me to keep the vehicle in their service centre for conducting the repair works. It has been 2-3 weeks now. Nobody has called me to update the status of insurance approval. When we call their office , nobody answers our calls.
Nobody is bothered to communicate about the status. There has been lot of delays with absolutely zero communication. Will never ever use their service again in the future.

Highly unrecommended. Excessive delays with absolutely no communication. A 3 week task was turned into 6 weeks and still counting. No way to get a hang of any employee over the phone.
I brought my car to this place after an accident , Sali helped me throughout the whole process and made the interaction much easier and faster. Got my car back in perfect shape!
I had a really bad experience with their staff Mr.Ali but thanks to Mr.Ahmed the Manager and Mr.Obaida the Asst. Manager for their support. I'm rating 5star only because of these two people who have helped me get the car on time. Really appreciate your support and God bless

I want complain that there is a delay on my car and insurance approved 13 days ago and till now they didn’t backup my car to fix it , am feeling frustration .
If there is an option minus stars I would've done that. Worst customer service EVER , no one answers the phone and no one even cares about the client or even calls them back to give an update about their car status. My car have been finished for 5 DAYS and no one called until I went (since they dont pick the phone which seems a decoration to them) and saw my car covered in dust and parked outside. Also I have full insurance and the staff wants me to pay 4000 claiming that the receipts from the car insurance stated so and when i requested to see it he refused claiming i have to pay, and that its the insurance policy and when i requested to see the policy he kept search through the papers "pretending" which was so obvious he was lying and said I cant find it . Kept me waiting for 45 min in the waiting area and different staff kept saying 5 min and we will be back until i was fed up and went back side and saw all of them sitting and chatting. I HOPE THE CEO OF THIS PLACE CONSIDERS RECRUITING NEW STAFF WHO ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS.
Perfect service, customer oriented, the staff called Sally, her service was excellent, marvellous.. very cooperative and always giving perfect answers to all my questions
