Good service but unfortunately very short in staff and take a long time in the line. They must increase staff number, otherwise no one will come.
Great experience and Great prices. Employees were so kind and helpful specially Mr. Syed and his assistant Mr. Paramjeeth . THEY TREAT AND BABY YOUR CAR LIKE IT IS THEIR OWN
Here is my experience with Fasttrack Emarat Muwafjah , I dropped my car for AC freon change as i do this every 12 month , I had no issues with Ac ,then I was told that they have a promotion which was (freon replacement + evaporator cleaning and cool shot booster ) for 265 AED ,
I paid 265 AED and drove my car for 20 minutes and AC was giving hot air, I drove back, technician said we are closing now, come tomorrow we will see .
On the next day I went, they checked the car and said you have a leakage, evaporator needs to be
replaced, how come ac was fine before doing this service and now it is leaking, anyhow, they knew
better, how much it would cost me to fix it, leave your contact we will send you tomorrow the cost of
doing so.
Next day I received a message that this will cost me 2976 AED!!!!!
What a day, I went to replace freon, ended up paying 265 AED and no cooling and I have to pay 2976 AED to fix it, anyhow, I went to a very small and humble garage and had car AC checked, he said everything is ok you need only freon top-up, as you have dual AC , and that is that , he charged me 50 AED and car AC started working like charm .
This incident happened on 03-08-2023 and till now ac is cooling and no issues at all.
My conclusion is, do not take any technician advice for granted, get a second opinion, and do not judge the book from its cover……
I am very happy and highly appreciated the service and work of Mr.Pramjeet Singh. I got the service from him one year back back and today when I face the car issue , I only prefer and ask about him and its my luck again I took the great service from Mr. Paramjeet Singh. Stay blessed and always be happy 😊
I really like the way Fasttrack team executed the work for my car. I am very happy and will surely recommend others. They are very experienced and know the work they are doing. Mr. Syed Mr. Paramjeet and Mr. Hari all did a great job.
Never trust their diagnoses. They ruined my fuel pump then claimed that I need to change the gearbox. They broke the coolant cap as I was there, and wanted to charge me for the new one. I even asked for the car inspection report and they never provided it. I reached their manager for help from fraud.
They filled my car AC Gas + AC Oil They also check for battery, brake oil, and engine oil, etc. They give me advice about what I should do next. Staff is very Cooperative and knowledgeable I would like to thank Primo, Paramjeet, Linto, Hari Kumar, Nuruddin and RAFifulla for the good service they provided
very welcoming crew.professional and kind people. they are thorough in checking my car. they will explain and let you understand the problem. even small gesture like asking permision to open your car door. will definitely go back i have good experience here.
Waste of time and money
If you want to get robbed , they are the perfect place ! .
