I chose Porsche for its well-known reputation for quality, luxury, and comfort, expecting a seamless experience. While my initial car purchase process was excellent—the salesperson was highly responsive, even on days off, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable—my experience after receiving the car has been disappointing. Upon collecting my brand-new car, I noticed an interior defect in the middle console. Although I was assured the defective piece would be replaced, I found it frustrating that such an issue wasn’t caught during the quality assurance process. Having to take the car back to the service center for something that should’ve been addressed before delivery was inconvenient and not what I expected from a premium brand like Porsche. More concerning was the rust formation I noticed on all four brake discs at the time of collection. While I understand that surface rust can develop on brake discs due to environmental factors like humidity or lack of use, seeing this on a brand-new car was unexpected. What made this even more disappointing was that my previous Porsche didn’t experience such rust formation, even after nearly a year of use. I requested a replacement for all four brake discs, especially since the car is still under the six-month warranty. Unfortunately, I was told that the rust is “normal” and won’t affect performance. This response felt unsatisfactory given Porsche’s reputation for exceptional quality and attention to detail. It has also made me question whether purchasing the extended warranty was a worthwhile decision. I expected a higher level of quality assurance and more proactive after-sales support from a brand known for its performance and luxury standards. I hope future buyers experience a more seamless process and more thorough quality checks before vehicle delivery.

I was going to test drive the car, and the seller was a man, and I wanted to go with a girl, but the seller did not agree to that. The girl in the reception was trying to help and was wonderful, but the seller was not cooperative, and I left the showroom without trying the car. It was a bad visit. I hope this will improve.

The sales people think that the will give you the car free they don’t even want to meet customers only if they are from their nationality you keep the number they don’t call you put your build car online nobody bather they think they are the legend

Worst service. Never buy Porsche in your life. They expect you wait for 1 month for a car battery. You can’t use any other battery as the warranty will void. The battery costs 8k and waiting period is 1 month.
