Amazing service provided by the high touch team ! I had taken the ceramic package for my car plus an interior detailing done for another, offered up a great deal on it too. Professional. Efficient and attention to detail that is impeccable. Highly recommend High Touch to anyone looking to spruce up their car. A big shout to Aslam and team for making the experience that much better.

I did give my car for a ceramic coating and rim refurbishing and de-chroming after having told by the owner of the shop that he has his own painting shop and quoted me a price higher than what any other garage was charging. When i went to check on the car which they kept for a week the rims had to be painted black from the original silver color and i was assured that the whole rim would be painted, where as the painting was only done from outside. The paint job was so unprofessional that even a layman with the naked eye could have said it’s pathetic to the extent that the rims had not been sanded down as well before painting which was actually done at a paint shop (F7)right behind high touch and when i asked the paint shop to do the complete room they said that high touch has only told them to do the outside and hence was charging only AED 100 per wheel. Where as i was paying AED 350 per wheel. The interior of the car(leather in particular) was never cleaned as was mentioned in the job to be done. One door panel polishing has not been done hence there seems to be a yellowish finish on it which the shop claims is difference in paint, when the car has never been repainted. After having an argument with the owner and when i did mention that I’m not going to accept the rim paint job, he got them repainted fully. The front grill of the car had to repainted and while doing so they managed to break a plastic piece that comes inside the engine compartment that holds the grill and now refuse to take any responsibility for the same. Unfortunately, i had to go through this experience and I usually do not put reviews but wanted to put this up as i don’t want other people to go through the same experience…if you want to get your car detailed I’m sure there are other shops that can provide better service at similar or better pricing with better products as well…when i asked them to clean the leather they absolutely were clueless in this and don’t have any expertise in this…i guess being a new business they need learn to build trust with clients rather than lie and make up stories which they are not good at either…worst experience I’ve gone through till date and would not recommend High Touch to anyone…

Not recommended at all.

Very professional guys - extremely detailed in taking care of your ride. Cost effective and great quality whether it’s tint or ceramic or PPF. They even do the blackout for cars like defender and others. Love the place, definitely will recommend.

سلمتهم الموتر (دفندر 2024) طلبت لون صبغ معين على البمبرات
و عند استلام الموتر اتفاجات بانهم صبغو لون مختلف تماما عن اللي انا طلبته و فوق هذا استلمت الموتر و عليه شخوط و ضربات بالذات على البونيت
عشان يصلحون الخطا فالبداية انكرو انهم السبب في الضربات الي على بونيت و بالنسبة لللون ردو علي انه الصبغه طلعوها من الجهاز الي عندهم يعني جهازهم مش مضبوط

فالنهاية اطريت اني اختار لون بسيط و انا ما بغيته بس عشان الموضوع يكون سهل عليهم و يخلصون موتري لأنه طول عندهم الموتر قريب الأسبوعين
