After reading the 1star review, made me astonished that how can people be so rude. I have had a personal experience with them which is fantastic, not only me , my close friends also choose this garage every time. Dont spread rumors please 🙏🏻 Xclusive autos always do great work, and additionally always give the car a clean and polish when they do repairs so it comes back looking great too. They're a rare thing - a garage that goes the extra mile. Thumbs up!

If I could give this place a 0 I would, I walked in to the staff sleeping to begin with and then their entrance is garbage it’ll scratch your car on the bottom especially if it’s a low car . And the staff is very rude and they have an attitude , do not bother with them

n few words I can say “Over over priced”. for changing one light bulb that I brought and for 2 minutes work…they charged me 75 Dirhams for each side. they didn’t inform me in advance but only started the bulb replacement, after I complained I paid only 50 Dhs and the manager said maybe you could do it in other place for 10 Dirhams

Review updated: after taking the car i was driving 100km the car stopped again and after they tried to fix it they couldn't and they said ( we need to open the engine). So i took it to other shop and they confirmed it was the water pump 🤡 the sad side that xclusive told me they have changed the pump for free and that wasn't true.🤥
Amazing garage and the team r so helpful and professional. my car stopped next to medcare safaa so they provided me a pick-up and i was lucky to get double discounts and a free water pump 😀 thanks team

Their labor charges are very high. They put duplicate items in my car and told me that they brought original items from the showroom These people are frauds..

There was an issue with my car, it was always heating up, i went to many other garages and the repair was unsatisfactory. I used to come up with another issue on top of the previous issue. With my colleagues i was discussing my car’s issues and one of my friends told my about exclusive garage. At 1st i thought it would be the same like other garages but i gave it a go. I went there with many problems with the car, and i was astonished to know that the price/ quotation they were giving me was very low, i thought they must be joking because for the same problems i was paying a high price in other garages. Well i trusted them, and it was unbelievable that they took so little time and fixed all my issues with the car. Another thing i want to mention is the dealing of staff, so humble and down to earth and they dealt me with respect specially Mr Azhar. Absolutely brilliant service. I would highly recommend. They did not only collect my car but also delivered it to my home. I will definitely be visiting them again and i will recommend them as well. Thank you Thomas for letting me know about them. Very bad experience, not trusted at all, they charged me for genuine parts while they installed a very bad quality, their painting is pathetic, not recommended.

Very fast and reliable. Got their contact details from my brother. They offered me less price and further discount, picked up the car, fixed it in two days, and brought it back to my place. I am very happy with their service.
