MTM MARINE WORKSHOP

I took my Can-Am Maverick R to MTM for repairs, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Francis. Her service was absolutely outstanding! She was incredibly attentive, proactive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of with precision and care. Her professionalism and friendly attitude truly stood out, making the entire experience seamless and pleasant. Francis demonstrated a deep understanding of customer needs and provided clear, helpful updates throughout the process. I couldn’t have asked for better service. MTM is lucky to have such a dedicated and skilled team member! Highly recommended.

I had an exceptional service experience recently for my CanAm Ryker (Many Thanks to Frances for her professional service and support). In my opinion, this is one of the BEST service centers and i hope they'll sustain.

Josh has been very professional throughout all of our deals and interactions. He ensured I got the best deal available and consistently delivered on time.

Negative 0 if I can. We booked a private one but end up with a whole bunch of smelly people. Very poor service from the beginning. Driver was late to pick us up. When we got to the dessert, driver spent more time fixing his tire. We didn’t even went to the dunes. He drove on the hard road and just driving zigzagging. I was there in September and had a great experience with a different company. My second time I convinced my husband to go and bragged about the safari experience but so disappointed. The dinner experience was even worse. We asked to leave in the middle of dinner so we can catch a better meal. It was a waste of money and they took away our experience that we could have have with a better company. And they were more expensive too hoping a great experience.

The staff is super friendly and nice. I used to deal with Hannah the service advisor. But this time was on vacation. The gentleman named Mohamed assisted me and trust me he is so professional and helpful. Thumps up for all team. Keep up the good work I visited again today. As always mohamed is the guy who is really really helpful and he goes extra mile to help you
