Got my car serviced here. The delivery of the car was the worst experience. The driver was rude, misbehaved unprofessional, and was very argumentative. He created a scene on the road. Worst experience ever.
He was extremly late and his excuse for being late was that he was praying - lazy exuse for a lazy service.

Great place, can honestly recommend carcafe for anyone looking to sort out the issues with their Mercedes. Top friendly people that work there and they deliver top quality bodywork and definitely will be my regular mechanics from now on. The team are full of honest individuals who fully transformed and upgraded my Mercedes

I cannot in good conscience recommend this company. I had a terrible experience . No honesty and transparency by their customer advisor and totally unprofessional and unreliable repair work. I spent 000's on my two Audi's and today must have most of that work re-done!

I must say I was disappointed as they kept my Mercedes for days and couldn’t fix the NOx sensor issue. They lack in technical expertise but staff is friendly.
Location is hard to get-to due to always traffic there.
They offer pick&drop but they use customer’s cars for that without prior permission 👎🏼.
