10 days ago I brought my Cervelo TT bike for repair and they told me that they need 10 days to repair (carboon works) and that they will send me quotation same day.. 3 days went by and I had to call in to get quotation. Today (after 10 days) I called back and I was told that they do not know where my bike is and when it will be ready 🤯🤯🤯 i keep texting the shop on whats app every day to get update and no answer - just ignorance. I wanna cry..as my IronMan is just in 2 weeks🤬🤬🤬..UPDATE: This Friday they called me that the bike is ready.. i came there and they have not done the service that they were supposed to do ..asked them to change the battery in power meter and change chain. Plus service. So i had to wait another 1 hour in the shop. Today I went on the bike and there is this weird noise in the crank🙏🙏🙏🙏 i texted them, called and guess what? Ignorance & no reply
Amazing selection of bikes and cycling accessories. the workshop is world class and the mechanical advice and work is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble and the efficiency and quality of communication is outstanding. Stepping foot into Wolfi's you are made to feel incredibly welcome and staff go the extra mile. Great shop.
Bad experience regarding warranty! Item is expensive then claiming warranty they doesn’t give priority at all! You will wait until you get old! No proper system they will pass you from one to another person 👎👎👎
I called the shop to inquire about the Thule Insta-Gator Pro, and was promised a call back by one of their sales rep. Two days have passed and no one bothered to call me despite my promise to buy a pair of this product. 👎
I finally decided to pull the trigger on a Kickr bike today morning and opted for same day delivery from Wolfi’s. Special thanks to Ms. Mae for her outstanding support as she was constantly communicating with me all throughout and made sure that the bike was delivered on time. The trainer arrived in excellent condition and pre-assembled already by the team. I just did minor fitting adjustment, firmware update and hopped onto it right away. No complaints, only praises for the smooth process and excellent service.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Wolfi’s. Vaibhav was a great staff member - super helpful, friendly, and took the time to guide me around and assist me with everything I needed. Bought a Wahoo Kickr Bike Shift (indoor bike) with him, plus new pedals. They installed the whole bike, with the pedals, and delivered at my door a couple of days later - all perfectly mounted. Vaibhav was kind to follow up with me to make sure that everything was well received and worked fine. Overall, a great shopping experience. Super recommended for all your cycling needs - indoors or outdoors. I will return for my road bike soon!
I purchased a set of RaceFace AR30 rims with DT Swiss 350 hubs and noticed that after three months of riding, the rear hub engagement felt too long. I upgraded the rear hub ratchet and discovered it had only one spring instead of two. I reached out via WhatsApp for two days without a response. When I finally got a reply through their website, they sent me a diagram showing one spring to argue that I was wrong. I then provided a diagram of a DT Swiss 350 hub, which clearly shows two ratchets and two springs. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of acknowledgment and the way my complaint was handled. This is not the first time I’ve faced issues with their customer service. My ride buddies and I have all experienced similar problems with dismissive attitudes and perceived discrimination based on our cycling knowledge and spending power. Instead of apologizing, they attempted to justify their mistake with incorrect information, which feels disrespectful.
i am angry and disappointed:
1. my safety riding an incomplete wheel set
2. no body responded to my complaint for 2 days till i messaged on your website. excuse? WhatsApp not working....
3. sending me a wrong hub diagram showing a single spring to justify that i am wrong and take as a fool.
I visited wolfis to check on a spare part,
Unfortunately “Mario” the responsible person for wheels section was unhelpful and I was the one doing the search for the part number.
When I gave him the spare part number and he did the search. I was 2 meters away from him yet he decided to tell his colleague to answer me that they don’t have the part.
The attitude and the professionalism was missing.
