Great Team of Professionals ! Great Duct Cleaning Job! Everything inside the house was covered The ducts were properly cleaned and sanitized and the grills were washed out properly. I could definitely feel the difference in the Air Quality! No mess was made inside the house and every member of Edge team was very nice careful and polite !Overall a great experience and highly recommended!

Hi We have done duct cleaning through edge integrated technical services on dated 07 jan 2025 for 1 bed apartment. I am highly recommending the company for their work. They did amazing job and technicians were very knowledge helpful. They covered all the items at home before starting the work. Attached are the pics of the work they have done.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with edge integrated technical services
First, their team showed a complete lack of respect for time commitments. Despite multiple promises, they repeatedly delayed their arrival without proper communication, wasting hours of my day.

Thinking it might have been an isolated issue, I gave them another chance by booking them for water tank cleaning. What I witnessed was absolutely shocking:
• They were using pieces of old underwear and random clothes to dry and clean the inside of the tank — something completely unhygienic, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for health and safety standards.

When I raised my concerns, instead of taking accountability, the company started blaming their staff, which only made it worse.
It clearly shows a total lack of training, professionalism, and basic operational standards.

I have photos to back up my experience, and I would strongly advise anyone to be extremely cautious before dealing with this company. Your health, time, and trust deserve better.”

I hired Edge Integrated Technical Services for AC duct cleaning. The cleaning itself was fine, but part of the job included fixing a leak in the kitchen split AC unit — which was never resolved.

I reported the issue the same day. They confirmed it and said they would send someone. I followed up multiple times over several days with no response. My messages were seen, and I was told “we’ll check” or “we’ll get back,” but nothing happened.

To make things worse, they sent me a service report saying the job was completed — even though the issue was still pending.

Very disappointing follow-up and coordination. I had to keep chasing them just to fix something they were already paid to do. I gave them every chance to respond before writing this review, but unfortunately, they didn’t take it seriously.

If I could rate this company with no stars, I would do it. Their “deep cleaning” service turned out to be less than a regular cleaning. Many things were left undone: the bathroom’s walls, all the corners, the top of the kitchen cabinets, the skirting boards… and I could continue with many other things… Like “we don’t have the proper cleaning equipment for the oven and microwave”…
Unfortunately I couldn’t be there at the time of the work but my nanny was there. Anyway, in my past experience, more professional companies never needed a watchdog to make sure the work was done properly!!! Never ever I will use their services again.

Living in a big villa, each year we do Ac cleaning before summer hits, to clean all the dust and dirt accumulated throughout the year. I tried many companies but by far this one is the best. They do it professionally and properly. They cover the whole room before they start and they take photos of each AC unit individually before and after. The cleaning is done properly and they take their time not like other companies. I am very pleased with the work. I didn’t ask for the workers names, they were 4 , but they were all amazing . Definitely will use them again. Highly recommended 👍

PLEASE FIND OTHER SUPPLIER IF YOU DONT WANT TO HAVE HEADACHE.
THEY JUST USING HIRE NON SKILLED LABOUR.

I'm not sure why they have so much good reviews. I trusted review but maybe I'm not the lucky one.
I had full cleaning duct a/c on Feb 2025.
They came 2hours late. I had to multiple call to lady in office.
Guys finally got here but he coulnt speak english. Ok if you are in dubai these two can be common. I was hoping at least get job done correctly .Maybe they were rush on next job, didn't close the job well.
Bathroom was super mess.my dry bathroom became Water everywhere even on the counter/ mirror /floor/ toilet seat. all my stuff on the count got wet. One of the guy was using my slipers for wet floor on bathroom and he took from the shoe rack.we don't use slipers on bathroom because it's dry bathroom. How even this possible?? Using someone else below without asking??? I waomt be supplied if they touch something else.
Job was done extremely poor.
Why they use silicon for grill? And Silicon job was horrible. There are even cheap small tools to finish silicon job. They don't even have this??
Anyway they were left. So I paid with payment link.

NEVER PAY WITHOUT REPORT.
They were mentioned i will get report within 24hrs. However, I had to follow up AFTER 48hrs. I wanted to speak to the managers and they gave some other staff number not the managers. I had to call multiple different number and all they say was I will ask someone. It's not my responsibility.

Report will be not as they showing before you paid. They were sending different format. Hard to tell what was done .
Outside grill you are able to check from outside maybe. However,
Specially inside dust and the coil. You will never know it has cleaned or not. One lady was agreed it was not the standard report. And she will check.
I requested new report still not done yet.

MOST IMPORTANT PART !!!!
recently weather was getting hot so we switched on over weekend.
NOW WHOLE HOUSE SMELL LIKE OLD MOP AFTER TURN ON A/C .
I'm not sure what they have done.

DONT MAKE SAME MISTAKE AS ME.

Never use them for renovation! .. worst work ever. Still suffering the consequences of using them. The handy mand is the tiler, the electrician the demolition and the false ceiling installer. Charging for professionals but bringing amateurs that learn on the job. Bathroom tiles removed multiple times for mistakes, and still not to a good standard. Electric work, had to bring people to repeat. Toilet seat is wobbly in 2 out of 3 toilets. Finishing overall very very poor. Too many things to list. See pictures of some of the issues .. I am happy to show anyone that doubts my review!
