As a Harley owner, I was expecting a way better customer experience in Dubai than I am used to being in Saudi Arabia. The Filipino staff seemed to care less about who came in to their store and what they were looking for especially the ladies. I wanted to buy 4 t-shirts and I asked her for sizes and the female attendant rudely said that all the sizes are there you can check yourself. I also asked if they had an XL and she said NO. I looked and found all 4 shirts in XL.
Just to compare the Harley dealership is Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, provides such a great experience. You feel wanted, you feel right at home. However, I strongly suggest that Dubai follows the lead and become more friendly and engaged. It's Harley Davidson Dubai for heaven's sake !
Extremely Disappointed with Service and Quality
I spent a total of 7000 AED over the past month, expecting professional service and reliable repairs, but my experience has been far from satisfactory. Initially, I came in with a simple issue—my front brake was malfunctioning. However, things quickly spiraled out of control from there.
First, during the repair, my key lock was damaged. This was incredibly frustrating as it left me with another issue that had to be dealt with, which wasn't even related to my original problem.after change the rocket damper gasket and during my ride oil splashed.
To make matters worse, while riding afterward, the battery indicator sign appeared on my dashboard. I was informed that the battery and alternator needed replacement. Trusting the service, I agreed to have both parts replaced. However, soon after, while riding, my battery drained completely, leaving me stranded in the middle of the road.
Not only did this situation leave me in a potentially dangerous spot, but it also proved how inefficient and poor the quality of service was. Despite spending a considerable amount of money and trusting the professionals, I ended up with more problems than I had in the first place.
This experience has been a huge letdown. I expected to have my issues fixed, but instead, I’ve been dealing with unnecessary damage and further mechanical failures. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
Not only did my order fail to arrive, but the customer service was abysmal. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I received no response or assistance. This lack of communication and failure to deliver on their promise is unacceptable.
Adding insult to injury, after more than two months of waiting, I am almost certain that if I ever do receive a response from their sales representative, it will likely be along the lines of "your order had not been placed yet."
This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and disillusioned with Harley Davidson.
I've had a wonderful experience whilst dealing with Harley Davidson Dubai! Jen was extremely helpful during my purchase and bent over backwards to make things happen in a timely manner. I highly recommend her expertise when purchasing a new bike. The parts department are mega helpful and get parts in I've ordered quicker than expected. I have recently had a great experience with the service center for my 1st service of my bike which I included a stage 1 upgrade. All beit a slight delay with the pickup service, the guys in the workshop worked mega hard to have the bike ready the same day. I was given timely updates from the service center. And I rode away a very happy man. Thank you to everyone at the dealership, parts department and service center. A must visit for any enthusiast and potential buyer!

From the start, the team was exceptionally friendly and ensured I understood their services. Everyone had an unmatched understanding of Harley Davidson motorcycles, and they took great care in answering all of my questions. Without a doubt, the showroom is fantastic and met all my expectations, as I was delighted by the extensive amount of bikes, accessories, and gear on display. Their service department cleaned and took care of my bike with unmatched attention to detail and did not overlook a single aspect.
No matter the way you are applying to their job offer, nobody is responding. And when you are going there, you are very very very very far from the brand standard. Cheap services, weak knowledge of the models. It seems that most of the team doesn’t have the driving licence. They are not bikers at all. Stay away
