I would give 7 stars if the center would have more staff, as the workload they have is way too much. But the is professional and trying their best to assist, from the security, reception staff and mechanics. Elaine is absolutely brilliant and she keeps track of requests and she have been so helpful since the beginning.šā„ļø
Unfortunately, my overall experience with the Suzuki service center was disappointing. The scheduling process is a major issueāhaving to wait 3 weeks for an appointment is simply unacceptable. When I finally received my car, it was poorly washed, with polish residue left all over the front right fender, and the plastic in that area was scratched. While the staff addressed the wash issue, the scratch remains unresolved. Additionally, the interior of the car was handed back in a dirty conditionāthe floor mats were wet and stained. Given the premium price I am paying for a small car, I expect far better service standards. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements to justify the cost and meet customer expectations.
Very bad service with them, poor customer service!!! Cheap company provides cheap service, useless to go there. Need some customer service trainings with staff. I not happy with themš
