If there is a zero star to give, I'd give. Worst experience ever, service is very bad and most thing they care about is payment. If you have complaints, they ask you for payment first and then run away. No customer service at all, and they don't care about customers. When I raised a complaint, the guy "manager" said you only say that not to pay. I requested marble polishing, and it only became worse, as you can see in the pictures
