Extremely bad service . They say different pricing things over messages , and while they come they do the assessment things are different and then charge exorbitantly for a legit 5 mins assessment!!

They then provided the quotation for replacing the taps which the rates are 100% higher than the market prices.

The customer care person - Krestein was unprofessional and was responding to questions like it was some kind of joke.

Never would recommend them to anyone else.

Have to say, I’m a very happy client of the service I have received from “We Will Fix It”. Quick, professional and friendly service I got from the Bryan, Ian, Jirus and Jordan, who took care of my requirements and timings. The guys were, Very professional and knowledgeable of the jobs that need to be done. They left the place very neat and tidy after the job and made sure that all jobs were fixed and completed to the highest standard. In fact I 😴, when they started the work. I had nothing to guide and tell them. They knew their work very well. If anyone needs an efficient maintenance company, I would definitely recommend We will fix it, one simple call and your problems are solved and taken care of. I am changing my review from 5 stars. I was just denied service, to install 2 ceiling lamps, that was assesed as per the picture as not durable, the item was brought on Amazon and made in China. I find it puzzling, to excerise the right to refuse service as per the picture and assume the product I purchased on Amazon is of low quality. It is offending.

Old Review: Very good service. They managed to find the cause of plumping issue that 3 different companies could not. Team came on time, booking of the appointment was easy. Currently waiting for parts still to complete all service.

I reached out to this company twice, believing their claims of being the “largest and most trusted maintenance company in Dubai.” I was willing to pay for quality service, but both experiences have been frustrating and disappointing.

The first time I contacted them, they simply told me they weren’t available and didn’t even offer an alternative date. This left me with no solution and a terrible impression. The second time, I called because I had no warm water—a situation I thought would be treated as urgent. Instead, they offered to come four days later, which is unacceptable for a basic and essential issue like this.

It makes me wonder if they only prioritize clients on contract, but if that’s the case, they should make it clear upfront. Their lack of care, poor communication, and failure to meet even basic service standards make it hard to see how they can claim to be the best in Dubai.

Professional, polite, tidy and comprehensive in their approach and execution. Certainly more expensive than a lot of fly by night companies but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend. We had leaks in the shafts from our roof into our house allowing humidity to seep in and nullify our air conditioning and affect insulation. Alexander and Milchard did a thorough job of plastering and covering all the gaps. Top work.

Team never showed up to our scheduled timing. I was getting no reply on WhatsApp and just when I called found out that they can’t make it as their van broke down. Nobody called me to notify me of this and I took couple of hours off work to come and meet them. For premium price they have this is unacceptable.

We contacted 'We will fix it' to help us hang up our paintings and pictures at home. They did a great job. Jonathan and John were super friendly and professional. I will definitely contact them in the future.

We had the pleasure of having Raymon and Lawrence over to fix some blockages in our toilet and also to inspect the ventilation issues in all our bathrooms. They also went above and beyond to inspect other issues for us, which we truly appreciate. From the moment they arrived, their professionalism stood out. But what really made a difference was their attitude—genuinely kind, cheerful, and smiling throughout the entire time. You could feel the positive energy they brought into the space, and it honestly made the whole situation feel less stressful. First of all the quick, professional and friendly service I get from the lovely Jill who takes and arranges my needs and timings. The guys I had out today were Joven and his assistant Jervie, Very professional and knowledgeable of the jobs that need to be done, left the place very tidy afterwards and made sure that all jobs were fixed and completed to the highest standard. My only wished I joined this maintenance team service years ago instead of having to deal with the company I had for many years due to a mislaid level of loyalty and dealing with bad service and communication. If anyone needs a well run and efficient maintenance company, I highly recommend We will fix it, no affliction just one very happy customer with experience of dealing with the professional service and quality of which they offer. While the quality of work is good by the labourers they hire m, the company’s pricing structure and policies raise concerns. The company tends to overcharge for their services and enforces strict policies that may not align with customer preferences. For instance, they refuse to use customer-supplied parts, even if those parts are from the same manufacturer, opting instead to supply the parts themselves at a markup that are 4 times more the original price. So you end up paying significant money.
