Extremely disappointing experience with this insurance workshop. I gave my Mazda 6 for a minor bumper repair and replace the parts, and they took an entire month. On delivery, parts were misaligned, paint was shattered and spilled onto other panels, and some areas had visible paint drips. The bumper wasn’t even polished. They asked me to return the car after Eid holidays and even then, it took another week. At the delivery time , they still hadn’t polished the bumper and only did it after I pointed it out, taking another hour on the spot. Some defects are still clearly visible. I’ve given up on them and will go to a professional workshop to fix their poor work. The garage coordinator was mostly unresponsive, only answering after multiple calls and giving false promises. Totally unprofessional.
I had an unfortunate accident and my insurance company had a tie up with Dhanya auto care. The team at this office were very professional, helpful and understanding. The explained the steps that needed to be followed and even accomidated my vehical as its was immovable even though it was nearing Eid holidays and they had a space constraint.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to TotalEnergies – Dhanya Auto Care Center LLC for the excellent service and professionalism in handling the repairs of my car after the recent accident. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and I truly appreciate the quality of the repair work – my car looks and feels as good as new. A special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Faisal, who was in charge of my case; he was extremely helpful, responsive, and made the whole experience stress-free. The staff @ Dhanya auto care center is so friendly and welcoming. Shahil & Ajmal incredibly efficient and organised. Shahil kept me updated every step of the way. My two cars received service at their workshop within the last week.
Very unprofessional. Never able to fix my car properly even after keeping for more than a month and 3 visits after delivery. I have to visit other garage to fix the pending work. Mr Saeed was really supportive but their mechanics are not capable to do proper job. Not recommended especially if you are sent ny insurance
