Good for small jobs ,like oil,brakes,small services,but but dont trust big jobs
I have F10 The car had been parked in the garage for more than a year and a half without being used at all. I took it to the “Serri” garage for BMW maintenance. The car was fully serviced as it had oil leaks everywhere, and the battery was replaced. The car is now back to its original condition. This essential maintenance is highly recommended for any car that has been out of service for a long time. The crew is professional, and the garage owner and manager are extremely respectful and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable and affordable for anyone who owns a BMW.
If there were an option to have -10 stars, that’s what I would select.
Never trust this garage. I used to come here regularly for issues with my 2006 330i and all they did was fool me and take my money by putting wrong parts in the wrong places time and time again. Spent a lot of money here just to realize from another bmw garage that they completely messed my car up.
Do not trust this place.

Very bad experience.. Went for an oil change n front brake pad change, reading the reviews n couple of recommendations is what made me go there.. They recommended changing many things like rear break pads etc. and said the bill will b arpund 5000 to which I was surprised, but then was fine thinking i can rely on them left the vehicle n was called to collect next day around 9pm n was shocked to know the bill became 6400 n reason told was that they had to change tapet cover of engine as well which was around 1200 or so.. I paid through card n returned.
Next day i took my family to ras al khaimah, once I reached the engine warning light showed up and i was shocked to see that not sure if it will create an issue while driving back n messaged them, n they asked few questions n said to bring it to the workshop to check it out. The complete family trip got spoiled n was on a panic mode of the car getting issues on the way back.
Took it to the workshop for checking n they checked with the device, it was clearly showing air pressure concern, they did a reset warning light n said its ok now and if it comes back again u can come back.. I told them i will leave the car n u guys can chk in detail, but they promise 90% it wont come back. By the time i reached 2 kms it again came back..they were just fooling around making the customer to go n come back later coz there were lot of cars n they couldn't handle all as their expert guy was sick.. But that shudnt screw us..
I checked with my friend sharing the invoice n his comment was why did they change the tapet cover n that could be the issue coz that was the thing related to engine.. N now i hv to go again and waste my time n effort again for their wrong diagnosis. I over heard the guy who was doing the diagnosis that now will clear the warning sign n if it comes back let him come back... Pathetic experience no value of time n money...
Very un-professional for the legacy the name holds !!! Wrong installation of brake pads cost me AED 500 and damaged by piston cylinder ring.
