I had a brief 15-minute stop while driving, and when I returned, my car was struggling to start, and the check engine light had come on. The Gearbox Auto Services was one of the first results I found on Google, so I called their toll-free number and was professionally catered to by the reception team. Shortly after, I received another callback from their advisor (Haseeb). From there, the entire process was seamless. Within an hour, they dispatched a recovery truck, and the driver was both courteous and punctual. Everything—from communication to payments—was handled remotely, so I never had to visit their garage in person. The next day, my car was delivered back, fully serviced and even washed, which was a nice touch. Now that the issue has been fully resolved, the car runs smoothly, and there’s a very noticeable improvement in acceleration thanks to the new ignition coils and spark plugs. While their pricing could be more competitive, the quality of service and convenience they provided made the experience well worth it. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them!

I recently took my Velar to Gearbox for a bumper paint job, touch-up, and polishing, and I must say, the outcome far surpassed my expectations! Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. Malik, who was remarkably attentive to my needs, provided a quote via Whatsapp and kept me in the loop with regular updates, including photos and videos of the progress. The entire process took just three days, and I was astounded to see my car looking as if it had just rolled off the showroom floor. Highly recommend their services for any car maintenance needs. Not your average garage, you can tell by the clientele and impressive decor and furnishings, which is a nice touch. Kudos to Gearbox for maintaining such high standards of service and quality. I wish I could give this garage zero stars because they don’t deserve even one! This place is a total disaster, and I strongly warn everyone to stay away! I spent over 9,000 AED on a major service and dent repair, and it was a complete waste of money. Here’s what I got in return: - The car alignment is a joke—completely off, and the tires aren’t even balanced. - The quarter window repair is a nightmare; they slapped it on so badly it’s embarrassingly noticeable. - The so-called "cleaning and detailing" is beyond pathetic—you’d get a far better job done at any random petrol station. - To top it off, they advised changing the brake pads and discs, and now the brakes are making a horrible noise! They clearly have no idea what they’re doing. Now I’m stuck at another garage, having to pay more to fix the damage these clueless amateurs caused! I’m furious and absolutely disgusted with the service! This garage is nothing but a rip-off. Avoid it like the plague!

Poor quality of service. After basic service and some gasket replacement the car was sent back without proper inspection. My car started to smoke in first 2km of drive. (Never had this issue before sending the car there). Had to pull on side of highway. Given 2 stars since they agreed to immediately take the car back again and agreed to fix the issue. Courteous staff but unfortunately lack of expertise and I almost blew up my car because of their fault. Choose a more experienced service/repair shop for german vehicles.

This garage and his team are amazing. I have an urgent situation to fix my Ford "Tiger" Expedition. It experienced a known typical issue with Ford. Call late in the evening when the garage was already closed. Deliver the tiger at around 1 am. Being diagnostic and got the part quickly in the Friday morning. And Alhamdulillah the problem solved. Thank you so much to all the team especially to Habeeb for helping me out. Really really much appreciated. This is my first road trip to Dubai from Doha and The Gearbox helped to save our amazing trip. Thank you. Btw it has very clean toilet, free WiFi, free cappucino, spacious lounge and even game board to play. Again thank you. All the best for The Gearbox.
