I got my 2015 challenger to Hyatt for a full paint job and bumper upgrade. I have to say Omar and his team has done a great job with it. Car had been In much need for a refresh and now the car is shining like a new penny ! Awesome job done without breaking the bank, and in the promised timeline.
I had a great experience at Mr. Omar’s auto repair shop! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed warmly, and the team was extremely professional. They were very transparent throughout the repair process, explaining everything clearly and ensuring I understood what was being done. The pricing was fair, with no hidden costs. Highly recommend this shop for honest and quality service!
I have written this without any incentive from Hyatts. Thinking about it now, they may always reward me after this honest review 😉 Oh wait, they already did as they solved more issues with my car than we initially planned and repaired more than what I paid for. Well, what can I say? You expect to see a nurse or a doctor for your car, no? Make no mistake, the guys at Hyatts are specialist-surgeons and will love and take more care of your car than you thought would be possible/would take care of yourself. I bought a 1998 Landcruiser (LC) with 400k kms on the clock in a whim: a few days later and before visiting a mechanic, I crossed Wahiba Sands offroad from Dubai all by myself. As the LC didn't give me too many issues, I decided that the car deserved TLC, a lot of TLC. The LC hadn’t aged gracefully (she had survived a lóóót of wear and tear and, admittedly, absolute abuse) but why not prepare such a magnificent car for a second life? I had heard of the excellent reputation of Hyatts and when I met Umar, Adele and the team, I had the feeling I had somehow ended up in the middle of a ‘Pimp my Ride’ episode (look it up youngsters). They listened to me and gave me plenty of good advice and prepared a ‘let’s turn that piece of sh*t back into a stunning and mechanically sound LC100’ ten-step-program (I’m exaggerating, but you get my point). A plan of action was set into place and they kept me updated throughout the entire ‘let’s turn this car from a neck twister into a head turner‘. Besides fixing mechanical issues, they fully remapped and rebuilt the electrical wiring and fuse boxes, redid the interior and did a FABULOUS bodywork. Me myself am not looking any younger but my car now feels like a trophy wife who’s in it for the long haul. Can’t recommend Hyatts more than what I just did and I couldn’t have been any happier!
I recently had an experience with themwhere I took my car for a full paint job. Unfortunately, the results were far from what I was promised before they began the work.
First and foremost, the project took much longer than initially estimated. This extended timeline was frustrating, but it was only the beginning of my disappointment. The car’s color was unevenly sprayed, particularly in areas where two colors met. This lack of experience in handling two-tone paint jobs was evident, and the final outcome was subpar.
What bothered me even more was their apparent lack of attention to detail. They seemed indifferent to the imperfections in the paint job, almost as if it were normal. To make matters worse, they actually forgot to paint some of the agreed-upon parts of the car. I had to remind them about these omissions on the day of delivery, which was frustrating and unprofessional.
The one positive aspect of my experience was their friendly staff. They were courteous and accommodating, but unfortunately, this alone couldn’t make up for the poor quality of work.
In the end, I had to take my car elsewhere to have it repainted properly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend HYATTS AUTO CARE for auto painting services. Their lack of attention to detail and experience in two-tone paint jobs led to a disappointing result.
My experience was bad
1. Gave my 535 BMW to them to check my steering rack problem
2. The diagnose is free but they kept the car for 10 days while diagnosing
3. They gave a wrong diagnose and made me buy a wrong part
4. After 10 days they said you can return the part back and your car problem is not repairable
5. They said we spent a lot of time on your car so you have to pay 300 AED after 10 days
6. I paid 300 and took the car
7. I took the car in bad situation with too many new faults (these faults were not there before)
8. I went back and they didn't check immediately saying that they are busy
9. After 8 days waiting they took my car again and charge me another 300 AED for something they called wiring repair
10. As a conclusion... I ended up paying 600 for nothing + wasting time + buying a spare part that I didn't use and couldn't return back
11. The final feedback.. Your car is not repairable and the steering rack is not available in the market (all the other garages at least they quoted for me for the steering rack so it's easy to find )

It's funny how you are referring to that the customer didn't provide you with the vehicle ownership history. That's why they made something called computer check. The previous garages I visited said simply that I need to replace the steering because they don't do repairs. Now since you are an expert and you do repair of the steering, you should read first the computer codes which shows clearly the descripency in voltage and then instead of start working blindly on the car you could save your time and the customer time. You should follow a right procedure
You are blaming me and charging for the time you spent on the car because you have lack of experience reading and analyzing the computer codes!

Don’t deal with them as my experience was very bad with them they don’t stick with their schedule, and they were not clear with me about the fixing process as i asked to change powers steering and on the phone they confirmed they will change the spare part and explained the high price of their fees is according to the spare part price so I asked him to keep the changed part so I can make sure that he already changed the part he was confused to give me a clear answer, so I felt that he will not change the spare part and just do some fixing to the existing part, so I asked him to write a statement on whatsapp confirming the Change of the spare part and the warranty so I can have any written evidence of the fixing and warranty he denied and just wrote “This one depends after opening from inside steering. We can say refurbished or change” so i called him and said if you fixed without changing the spare part so for sure we will deduct the spare part fees, he said no it will be the same fees, obviously this was their intention from the beginning they will do very minor thing and say they change the part and then they won’t change and charge me for the spare part amount which wasn’t even changed, I immediately took the car and left and they didn’t even tried to give me a better offer because they know I already exposed them.
THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS REALLY BAD AND NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS GARAGE AND I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE TO ANYONE
This literally the worst garage in Dubai, they worked on my steering wheel but now it is still making a sound and not smooth at all, they replaced my windscreen and left big gaps on its frame and they worked on my headlights and gave it back to me not fully functional lights and only to break again after a short time. On top of all this they gave me back my car missing the bonnet handle when I asked for it they said they did not find it and that i lost it elsewhere when i m positive that they lost it. Big disappointment.
Very disappointed in the work , paint work is not professional and the didn’t the car on time . I have wasted the money with them . I told them thousand times car have issue with suspension they changed lower arm but still the car have suspension issue . The gear Box is damaged after I given to them. Only thing fixed properly is my sun roof . If there 0 stars I would have given 0. Dont believe in the fake 5star reviews .
