Absolutely bad workmanship, they cannot replace android screen properly, they tried to put used battery to my phone which was even worse than my 4 year old battery. They left dust on screen and front camera while replacing. Huge gaps between the back cover and the frame as well as the front screen. The phone became cracked within few months as the back cover and front screen was not placed fully so it was always slightly in air. Complete waste of money and time, they could have just said “ we cannot repair it” and it would have been better. On top of that, very arrogant employees and the owner also do not have manners. When I received the phone with all the faults their first reply was “bring back “ with no apology or asking to take it from me, like we have free time and just need to drive back and forth to them until they fix their mistakes. Never bring there anything, they will butcher it up.

Aleksandar is the man you're looking for. He repairs, doesn't just replace, fair pricing, fixed my broken soundbar port and hdmi in a day and it works perfectly. Highly recommended

Can't recommend this place enough. I've used Aleksandar twice so far and both times have been exceptional, he's managed to fix two problems with electronics that would otherwise have cost me a lot of money to replace. Service is as fast as it gets, quality is top notch.

I am very disappointed with the poor services and unhelpful staff. The person who answered my call was particularly rude and even threatened to send my items elsewhere if I didn’t pick them up promptly. Despite agreeing to wait for me after my duty, he left without informing me. This forced me to walk 1.5 km to the location and back with nothing to show for it. When I called him again, he shouted at me, which was extremely disrespectful. This is my honest review: please avoid this place due to their unprofessional behavior and terrible customer service.

I came in with a broken laptop that had blue screened on me randomly. I couldn't fix it myself, and when I came here. Mr Aleksandar was very helpful and reset the device for me. It got done within a short time. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend!

My custom build pc got heavily damaged during shipment from the EU to Dubai. Aleksandar repaired the broken PCIe slot on the motherboard, and made sure everything else was working. Did his best to repair the GPU, but it was beyond repair. Great service, would definitely recommend!

Rude stuff, they don't know anything about electronics. I don't recommend.

Sent my speakers to be replaced, the speaker was blown leading to a distorted sound.
Driver came back saying it was fixed, however it sounded the same - the notes on the delivery said "charger port fixed"
There was nothing wrong with the charger port! Seems like they were going to try and charge me AED 150 for nothing!
Sent the speaker back, returned to me with the same distorted sound.
Took over a week with AED 150 spent for nothing, along with that the communication is very bad, they keep telling me the speaker is fixed when anyone with ears can hear it is not! Now they are telling me to turn the volume down... some repair advice that is, my speakers sounded fine on max volume before, shocking!
Waste of money, do not recommend!!

They’re really great and genuine. My laptop was not working at all. They inspected and recommended few things to do and they got everything done in a very short time and my laptop is working smoothly after years! They even replaced the speakers without an extra charge. Very professional and easy to communicate. They handled my device with care which I value the most. Highly recommend!
