Absolutely terrible service. They damaged one of my parts and told me it would take 2-3 weeks to replace which is bad enough. Four weeks later, STILL waiting, I cannot use my roborock with this part aswell

BIG SCAM !!!!! Don’t trust !!!!!!
This company came and inspected my AC and they said motor need to changed and wanted to charge 1400 AED , and they wanted to pay in advance and it will need 2 days , I refused which was normal to have the AC fixed first and then I pay. They insisted to take the money .
So I called another company and found out the motor have no issue and only a sensor need to be changed and the AC got fixed in no time.

I sent my Dyson vacuum cleaner to FAJ Technical Services four days ago. I paid 157 AED upfront for the inspection. However, they did not provide any updates on when the repair would be completed.

This morning, I contacted them to ask when it would be ready, and they told me that I would only get an answer in two more days. The lack of communication and long wait time is very disappointing. I expected better service and clearer updates.

I sent robot for diagnostic. They told me need to change engine and it’s cost 730 AED. I rejected as it’s almost price for new robot.

I checked with other people m, and it’s only required deep cleaning as fun was in dust.

They completely destroyed what we sent.
We sent a broken part of a coffe machine. After asking a ridiculous high price to repair we decided not to proceed.
They sent back the piece completely broken, they have literally destroyed it!
