I took my car which is not worth 25000 to Auto German garage, and I asked them to do a full inspection to see if there were any faults if any, and I mentioned to them some of the sounds coming from the car, and the problem of the air conditioner not cooling, they issued me a repair report worth 17000 dirhams, I laughed and was surprised and negotiated with the garage owner until it reached 13000 dirhams,
I agreed, knowing that the cost would not exceed 5,000 dirhams, because I did not have enough time to look for another garage, which was close to my house. I swear to God, I received the car as it was. They changed some simple things that we call bushings, and changed the transmission oil, the engine, and the filter only. He told me that he had fixed the air conditioner, and this is the real problem. When I took the car, I found that the air conditioner was hot as it was, so I went back and told him that the air conditioner had not been fixed. He told me that they had replaced the fan. In short, I took the car to another simple garage, and after an hour, he discovered the problem and sent me a clip showing that there was a gas leak somewhere. I bought the part and fixed it, and to this day there is no problem with it. I told the second garage that I paid 13,000 dirhams in this shop. He laughed at me and belittled me, and said that they had deceived you and laughed at you and did not change anything. They did not give me any part that they mentioned had been replaced. When I asked the person in charge which fan I had replaced, he did not answer me. In general, if they offered me a free service again, I would not go to this shop again.

Last week I visited this garage cause I heard of its good reputation, but unfortunately it is not as I expected, they have a sever lack of management, I was unable to meet the manager to talk to him about they way they manage the issues with my vehicle and also they way the manage me as a customer, the way they treat customers was horrible. , I don t recommend this garage at all.
NOT Recommended . I've had a very bad experience with Getman Auto care . In brief, i had to bring in the car ( BMW 318i ) 4 times for the same issues and i paid around 12 k in total and just for the record the car is still facing the same issue so i had to take it the car to another garage . Every time they confirm that they have fixed the issue , yet i get the same faults again and again.
Here is what happened in details :
My car had 2 issues :
- the car gave me a message that the engine temp. Is high
- the car used to vibrate when i start it .
1st time : I took the car to German auto care and they told me that i have to replace the turbo because it has a crack, the catalytic converter and the fuel pump . They gave me an option of buying a new turbo or a used turbo so i chose the used one . To be honest they told me the turbo could get damaged again . However, after replacing everything which costed me more than 10k , they confirmed they have tried the car and checked everything and that the car is perfectly fine.
2nd time: After driving the car few times i realized that the same issues are still there . Engine temp is high and the car is vibrating a lot . I gave the car back to German Auto care and they said they had to replace Turbo water gauge actuator . I told them to go ahead and change it and they said we have tried the car and everything is fine now .
3rd time : the car is still having the same issues and i sent the car to german auto care again , this time they said its the thermostat and the water pump . I told them not to change anything as i dont trust what they say anymore . Then they offered to replace these two parts at their own .
4th time: after driving the car it gave me the same faults again so i gave the car back to German autocare , guess what!! They said its the turbo again and that i have to pay an additional 2,500 Dirhams. I asked them not to do anything anymore and to put everything back together as it was and send back the car to me .
One of their employees called me and was very agitated that i wont fix the car at their shop anymore so he literally threatened me that they will remove some parts from the car !!

Insurance company approved the parts and job. the result of your bad work is what i am complaining about. your lack of response to my emails and my complains is what i am complaining about. don't blame the insurance company for your terrible job. you wouldn't start the job without the insurance permission like you said. the parts where not mechanical parts so you can call them cheap to a degree that it looked like that. it's you workers and your bad supervisor that need to throw to rubbish.
I have picked this garage out from google maps since it has a higher rating. but my experience with them I think these are all or mostly fake reviews.
I had an accident with my car
the whole door needed to be replaced. they got my car from the insurance and kept it at the garage for 16 days. granted the approval came 3 days later. so I assume they had 13 or 12days to fix the car. they gave me a date to receive the car then started with the delay one day then two days. then when I got the car ... I'm speechless at the finishing.they found me a dirty scratched spare parts. rear wiper I found it inside my car. rear sensor not working. the finishing it's so not professional and cannot understand how people with high quality cars trust this garage with their luxury car like the ones in photos. still the work is not done cause they cannot find a rear sensor. it has been 3 days. and still waiting.
The most trusted service in Dubai! I’ve been living there for more than 7 years and perfectly know how many services, not for cars only, trying to pull maximum money from you by doing nothing. This is exact the opposite! I’m glad that I found it, actually my friend recommended and we both using for a few years already. Highly recommended!

Very bad experience they refuse to tell you any information you are not allowed to see your car or what they are doing they talk rude and bad I don’t recommend it when i asked concernant my car they told me to take my car and leave
